[After Service]

The grace was shared and people began to leave.

Victoria spots Aimy in the crowd while talking with some new members. She excuses herself to join her.

"Hey! So you made it here after all." Vicky says with a smile, giving Aimy a warm hug.

"Sorry I couldn't help with the furnitures. It completely skipped my mind." Aimy adds pleadingly.

"Its cool. I figured you did, and it's actually a plus, since it got Hayley to join us for service today." Vicky replies smilingly, waving Hayley over.

"Hayley?!" Aimy asks surprisingly

"Yah me." Hayley replies from behind her with a smile. Aimy just stared on in shock, expecting some kind of explanation.

"She was at my dad's shop to pickup some furnitures a couple of hours ago. So, I assisted. When I saw a service was going on and she asked nicely for me to join in, I had to stay for a bit. It turned out to be not uncool, and fun. So, I stayed to watch how it would all plays out, period." Hayley concludes sassily, trying to stay cool.

"O-k-a-y" Aimy concludes still a bit stunned.

"But you said you loved it? you should've seen the way she danced during the praise hour." Victoria added jokingly now talking to Aimy.

"Hey! I thought we agreed that remains confidential." Hayley interrupts playfully covering Vicky's mouth.

"I missed that." Aimy mourned
"I had to pick up some laundry first before coming. But I really wished I could've been there. I would've recorded the hole thing and posted it on social media." Aimy concludes jokingly.

"Ve-ry funny, Aimy." Hayley said sarcastically

"Oh, sorry guys. Its almost 6:40. Gotta head to Emer's for some party stuff that they're throwing for me, for reasons I don't wanna care about, and I'm hoping not to have to own onto." Aimy concludes weirdly.

"I guess that's where I'm also headed now, but I wouldn't be going with you, since I promised to pick Jessica up.." Hayley said checking the watch on her wrist, "Like hours ago!" Hayley yells freakishly.
"See you later Aimy– and Vic– You know where to find me if you need a hand with anymore benches. Don't you dare leave me out on anymore of this kind of programs." Hayley concludes soberly as she rushed out.

"I don't even know if she was joking or being serious." Victoria comments confusingly

"Likewise. I mean I never even thought she could attend a church program, much more liking it." Aimy replies

"Yah, it's amazing what God can do.
So, do you still need me to drop you off. My mom said I could take you, so long I don't get a scratch on it, or drink any alcohol."

"Its fine. My mom already Lent me her's."

"Oh, okay. See you later then." Vicky concludes heading back to meet the others.

"Yah." Aimy replied, then headed out.

Few hours ago
At the furniture store.

A pickup truck pulls up in front of the store, trying oddly hard to leave a few distance between it and the store entrance. Then Victoria emerges from inside it.
She was a bit lost in thoughts on how to upload the furnitures into the truck, Until she heard a familiar voice call unto her.

Hayley's POV

I decided to stop by my dad's shop again today, for some reason. This time to help set out the chairs he said some late buyer would come pick-up later in the day.
I was done stalking them by the door- when an old pick-up truck drove into the driveway- parking unusually close to the store entrance way. Then a familiar figure stepped right out of it– exactly the person I was hoping to meet and talk to one of this days. Her words were still fresh in my memories. Like ulcer, it gave me heart burns. I just had to start a conversation.

Vicky's POV

Once I left Aimy's house, I headed straight for the furniture store. One cause time wasn't on my side, and two, cause the earlier I get there, the more likely I get someone to assist me with uploading them.

On getting to the store, I was met with a deserted environment. It was basically already a dead street, with no one around. Like that from a horror movie, during an evasion, after most of the civilisation had been wiped out.

I parked the truck as close to the store as I could. You can't blame a girl for trying to escape extra labour. Then I heard someone call out to me.

At first I thought it would be the store owner, but again, I did order anonymously.
When I turned to face the direction of the call, I found someone that looked exactly like Aimy's friend– Hayley. It had to be her.

First, I felt relieved I wouldn't have to carry all those chairs on my own, next I saw it as an opportunity to talk to her more on giving her life to Christ.

Who knew she was gonna be this willing.

We talked and chatted a little as we loaded the chairs into the truck. Then I spoke more to her about God and she gave her life to Christ. The rest was history, cause she willingly accepted to join us for programs and it turns out she wasn't so happy with her old life.
I found out she did take me seriously when I talked to them at the sleepover. Now the only one left was Jessica, and then I'd be needing a leash on that old-time best friend of mine. But first, we celebrate on this new gift.
Vicky concludes happily in her mind, then continued chat with Hayley.

"You're telling me you almost got a tattoo?" Vicky asked acting surprised.

"Yah, but then I thought of the repercussions, and it wasn't worth any of them." Hayley concluded jokingly, then Vicky bursts out laughing and she joins in

"The most craziest thing I've ever done is to call home sick to avoid gym classes. And it didn't even workout." Vicky concluded funnily. Then they both giggled again, chatting all through the journey from the store to the church.
