Chapter 48: Divided We Stand

Y/N's POV

After I stand up I see Tony take Bucky to the ground and step on his metal arm.

Tony goes to shoot him, but I shoot my webbing at his head to knock his aim off.

Steve runs at Tony and tackles him to the ground.

Tony flies back and he hits Steve then shoots cuffs that attach to Steve's ankles. 

Tony takes Bucky and flies him into a wall.

Tony shoots a missile but he ends up missing and brings part of the structure down on top of him.

I run and catch up to Bucky.

Y/N: Get out of here. Steve and I will deal with this. 

Bucky nods and start running. 

Tony tries to shoot Bucky but he misses.

I then jump infront of Tony. 

Tony then starts to take off the ground. 

Y/N: Tony, it wasn't his fault. HYDRA had control of his mind. 

Tony: Move! 

Tony then takes off and I grab his leg. 

Y/N: It wasn't him! 

I punch Tony's jet boot until it breaks and he lands on the ground. 

As Steve catches up, Tony brings down some of the building infront of us. 

Steve and I find a way around and start climbing up to catch up to Bucky.

We see Tony is about to blast Bucky and the two of us jump.

Cap then deflects the shot with his shield and Tony falls back down. 

Steve and I look at Bucky.

Steve: He's not gonna stop. 

Y/N: Yeah. I know.

Steve: Buck, go.

Bucky nods and continues to climb up to the exit above.

We see Tony start to come back up and Steve grabs wire from his front pouch then he and I both jump.

I shoot my web out while Steve shoots out the wire, both wrap around Tony's neck and brings him down with us. 

We then see Tony is about to shoot another missile.

Steve throws his shield and Tony blasts it which knocks it down to the bottom of the building. 

Tony fires off the missile and it brings the exit down.

Tony flies up to Bucky and the two of them fight. 

They both then tumble down and Steve and I jump to help Bucky.

The four of us fall to the bottom of the building and I end up blacking out.

When I wake up I see Steve laying next to Tony exhausted.

I stand up and see that Bucky's metal arm has been destroyed.

I then walk over to Steve and help him stand up.

Then I pick up his shield and hand it to him.

Steve and I then go over to Bucky and help him stand up.

Steve puts his arm around his shoulder so he could support him.

As the three of us walk away Tony starts to speak.

Tony: That shield doesn't belong to you. You don't deserve it. My father made that shield!

Steve drops the shield on the ground and we head back to the quinjet.

(Five Minutes Later)

Once we make it outside we see Pietro a.k.a Quicksilver standing outside.

Pietro: Hey, sorry I'm late.

Y/N: Ah, Well you missed all the action.

Pietro: Yeah, sorry about that. Fury, Hill and I had to go underground for a little bit.

Y/N: We still need to get the others out of the quinjet.

Pietro: Well then, we should get going then.

Once we make it back to the quinjet we see T'challa standing infront of it with Zemo tied up.

T'challa tells us that he found out what Zemo did and was gonna give him over to the government.

T'challa also offers to help Bucky get the HYDRA programing out of his head.

He then tells Steve and I that the rest of us can stay in Wakanda until we can figure out what we're gonna do as we are now wanted by the government.

After T'challa apologizes to Bucky, the two of them leave.

Steve, Pietro and I then head to get the others out of the raft.
