Miko's POV
"Are you telling me you're going to get yourself in trouble?" chuckled Kokomi. "That is the most bold and idiotic plan I've ever heard,"
Kokomi and I are currently walking down the hall to our room. So, I kind of told her about my plan.
"Well, I guess I'll give it a shot; what else can I do to get her attention?"
"That I don't know," she giggled. "How will you get in trouble?"
"Don't come with me in the cafeteria; go hide someplace else; I'm sure Itto will come after me for his revenge," I said.
That makes sense. Itto is undoubtedly furious with me; after all, it's his fault.
"How are you so sure she will rescue you again?"
"Well, that's when I'll need you, partner," I replied as I smirked at her and entered our room. I hurried to my seat and placed my backpack next my table. I took out my novel that I'd been reading and began reading it. The lesson doesn't start for another 20 minutes.

I had no idea history classes could be so boring when your entire family is well-versed in history. Yes, my entire family was a vampire hunting family back then. My family has been known for generations for its ability to hunt vampires, but it appears that people have forgotten about us in this generation. It doesn't bother me. It's best if it's forgotten, otherwise I'll be in serious trouble.
I nodded as I looked at Kokomi. This is where the plan begins. I returned my books to my backpack, grabbed my wallet, and went outside to the school cafeteria. I saw Itto and his gang eating on the center table as soon as I arrived, and now I see Raiden is a few tables away from them.
I chose the corner table, just two tables away from Ei.
Of course, I went to order my lunch and am now seated at the corner table. I made certain that Itto and his gang were aware of my presence and... gotcha. They had noticed me and now are looking at me as I prepared to eat.
I can feel their bloodlust in their eyes.
I noticed Itto get up and slowly heading towards me out of the corner of my eye. Oh my God, this is far more dangerous than I anticipated.
I tried to be cool and avoid shaking.
Itto was on his way to me when I was startled by the abrupt appearance of... Ei.
She sat in front of me, her tray on the table. Itto turned away from us and returned to his seat, but I can still feel his glare.
"Don't worry, I've got you," she said quietly. "Just keep eating," she says.
My plan worked, despite the fact that I nearly died.
"Where is Kokomi? I assumed she'd be with you," she asked as she sipped from... a blood bag from her tray "Oh, is this troubling you?"
"Ah no no, it's alright," I said, chuckling. "She has certain things to take care of,"
"Ah, I see," she responded, continuing to sip it. I'm wondering if it's human or animal blood.
"Wondering what I'm drinking?" she inquired, smiling. Her smile is just... mesmerizing.
"Y-yeah,"
"Don't worry, it's only animal blood," she explained.
"I see," I said. "Did you just come here to save me?" I said, smiling. "I was about to scream as he got close,""
She laughed. Oh wow, that's sexy. "Well, I did come here to save you, who knows what they'll do next," she chuckled. Stop mesmerizing me with that smile.
