Songs to go with this chapter:
•The Way You Look Tonight- Frank Sinatra
•The Harold Song- Kesha
•With or Without You- U2

(A/N: yes, I know Sinatra and U2 are kind of old music, but I think some of the older musicians are better because their music lyrics is more deep than music nowadays.)

Ivy's POV

I sat and mindlessly played with the last of the food that remained on my plate while Ben chatted with some old business partners that he's worked with a while back.

Father and Ana have been so busy going around and chatting with everyone that I haven't had a chance to talk to them myself, since we were taking photos; even then it was just to comment some photo poses ideas that we all had.

"You okay?" Ben whispered to me.

I glanced up at him and nodded while a small fake smile on my lips.

He bought it and went right back to talking about stocks and the latest "gossip" in the business world.

It was like one of Father's work parties; boring.

I glanced up from our small table and found Harry sitting at a table not too far from ours; in between a bunch of old ladies who were fawning over him and pinching his cheeks.

A chuckle fell from my lips with no warning.

Ben raised an eyebrow at me, "What's so funny?'

"Nothing," I shook my head. "Just thought of an old story. All these familiar faces bring back memories."

He nodded in understanding.

Once again he went back to talking to his friends. I felt bad for lying to him, but he's already a bit nervous on the whole Harry situation, so if I told him I was looking at Harry I have a feeling it would go very badly.

"You want to go dance?" I asked Ben.

He glanced at the almost empty dance floor and shrugged, "Why not? I can finally show off my killer dance moves."

I nearly snorted. I've seen him dance when we go out clubbing and he can't dance to save his life.

Ben stood up before and stuck out a hand towards me, "Malady."

"Thank you sir," I grinned.

He led me out to the dance floor and placed his hands on my waist while I slipped my arms around his neck; we swayed back and forth to the gentle music.

I hummed, "You can actually dance."
"I've been taking lessons," he boyishly grinned with pink cheeks.

"Trying to impress somebody?" I smirked.

Ben chuckled, "Totally, I got a new assistant this week and she's like super hot."

I pouted, "Should I be jealous?"

"I don't know, you're up against some serious competition," he teased.

I smacked his arm and chuckled.

"Okay, I'm sorry," he pouted. "I was just messing with you. My new assistant is a dude so..."

I buried my face in the crook of his neck and laughed so hard I felt tears forming in my eyes.

Ben chuckled, "We can't have a serious moment in our relationship, can we?"

"Nope, but I like that our relationship in unique from most ones. I hate trying to keep up with "normal.""

"Me too," he hummed.

"Let me use the restroom and we can go," I explained to Ben as we left the garden reception.

He pecked my cheek and turned to go to the parking lot while I kept walking straight for the bathrooms.

Ana and Father had left for their honeymoon in Italy about an hour ago, but Ben and I went back to dance around like a couple of idiots.

The line for the toilets weren't too bad, maybe a five minute wait?

After doing my business and washing my hands, I grabbed my clutch and walked back out when someone grabbed my wrist and pulled me towards behind the restrooms.

My heart raced in fear but my emotions quickly changed to anger as soon as I saw Harry.

"What do you want Harry?" I groaned.
"I want to talk to you," he pleaded.

I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms, "Ben's waiting for me in the car, make it quick."

He nodded in understanding with a frown on his face.

"I love you Ivy," he blurted out. "I loved you back in California but I was just to scared to admit it. Being away from you the past several months have made me realize just how much I don't want to be without you."

My heart thumped against my chest.

"I need you back in my life," he nervously bit his lip.

"I can't Harry-" I shook my head with a weak voice. "I'm with Ben now-"

"Break up with him and come back to California with me," he pleaded.

"It's not just that Harry. Being with you means that I have to gamble my heart and-" my voice cracked. "I can't do that anymore. I'm broke and still in debt."

Harry's big rough hands reached up to cup my cheeks and wiped away my tears with his thumbs.

"I will always love you Harry, but my heart can't handle being with you."

Out of nowhere, Harry crashed his lips onto mine. I was just about to melt into the kiss and kiss back when I remembered Ben.

I quickly broke and kiss and turned away, "No. I can't do that to Ben like I did to Carson."

He nodded in understanding.

"Goodbye Harry," I whispered and slipped away to leave.

As I walked back to the car, I felt my eyes water up but I pushed the tears back and wiped my cheeks dry.

Thankfully I had put water-proof make-up on for the ceremony so I didn't look like a clown.

"Ready to go?" Ben asked as soon as I hopped into the car, oblivious to my puffy red eyes.

"Yeah, I'm ready to get out of here."
