With Block B having left for their radio interview, River had no reason to stay in the apartment to entertain others, so she gathered Loki, James and Kyu Ree and started towards the club. She was meeting Koharu for the afternoon to teach her more about bartending, and figured she would kill two birds with one stone by teaching Loki at the same time.

“So,” River said, unlocking the doors to the club. “I’m going to help Loki with the bar, Kyu Ree will help you, James, and my cousin, Koharu, will be here shortly.” Loki nodded, and Kyu Ree started to the side, bringing James with her. “Do you know anything about bartending?” River asked, continuing on towards the bar.

Loki laughed. “I have never professionally made drinks, but I’m pretty good at it.” She said, smiling. “James can vouch for that.”

River nodded. “Okay, as long as you get the gist. We do make our own drinks, so if you want to experiment and share with my Uncle and I, we’ll tell you whether or not it can be allowed on the menu.” She said, grabbing the short door and pulling it aside so she and Loki could move behind the bar. “As you can see,” River said, gesturing to the glass menus high on the wall of the bar. “We have a various selection of drinks already created special for the bar, but we do standard bar drinks as well.” River hit a button and a light flicked on, making the writing on the menu illuminate in neon shades of blue, green, pink and other colors. “You’re going to need to learn these drinks, memorize them as best you can, and you can even add your own flare.”

“Add my own flare on your drinks?” Loki asked, a snide smile spreading over her face.

River nodded, giving her  suspicious look. “I feel like you’re planning a prank, but yes. Like, each bartender before you has had a specific thing they do to specific drinks. I add olives to certain drinks, or fruit, things like that. So the standard creation drink comes with no extra, and depending on who is making the drink, you get something in it. Typically, this is how we manage our regulars.”

Loki nodded. “Say no more, I think I’ve got it covered.”

River smirked. “I like your attitude.” She said, moving to a portion of the counter that held a very thick, very menacing looking binder. “If you get stuck on any drinks, this has all of them, in alphabetical order, but I think you’ll figure it out soon enough.”

Loki grinned. “I have faith in myself,” She said, walking to River’s side and looking at the binder. Silently, the two looked through it, even though River knew everything, and she was flipping too fast for Loki to pick any of it up. She cleared her throat. “So, how did you really meet Block B?”

“Oh,” River said, taking a step back. “Well, uhm, you see, Kyu Ree grew up in New Zealand for most of her life, and Kyung was an exchange student at the same school she went to.” She bit her lip. “And I may or may not have slept with-”

“Zico,” Loki said, nodding her head. “Yeah, I could feel that tension the moment he walked in.” She sighed, leaning against the bar with her back. “So what happened there?”

River frowned. “Well,” She said, shaking her head. “I didn’t realize he expected me to call him after we slept together when both of us were black out drunk and I didn’t even know who he was.” Loki nodded. “And then I slept with two of his friends.”

Loki’s jaw dropped, but her mouth was still formed in a smile. “On purpose?”

“No.” River’s frown deepened and she shook her head. “Not in that content. I didn’t sleep with them because I knew they were friends. I slept with U-Kwon because I met him here, and I didn't realize he knew Zico.” Loki’s shoulders slumped. “And I slept with B-bomb because he’s incredibly attractive, and I liked him. He was the only one I slept with sober, so honestly, he’s the only one that I’ve been blamed for for the most part.”
