River wasnt just going to sit around while her boyfriend was running around like crazy on a mad dash for his twin brother. She had to help, she just wasn't exactly sure how she could. She'd been pacing in her living room, trying to come up with some kind of way to track Eiji down.

Just as she finally worked up to nerve to go down to the police station to be with him, her phone buzzed. She snatched it up. It was a message from U-Kwon. B-bomb said he invited you to the showcase concert. Are you still coming?

Of course, River replied, a little annoyed that that was what interrupted her hype. When is it?

Tonight. I'll send you the directions.

Tonight? God, she would have to call out work, leaving things to Koharu and Loki, since she was taking Kyu Ree with her as well. I'll be there. She frowned. Tonight was not the night for a concert. But she wasn't about to miss out on the concert for the boys. After all, it meant a lot to them.

With another sigh, she slid her feet into her shoes. Taeil would be by for Kyu Ree soon, so River didn't feel too guilty about leaving her to go to Akito. She hurried out the door and towards the elevator. She wasn't sure what she was supposed to do, but she was going to support him as best she could.

Before the matter would be a fleeting memory, River quickly sent a text to Kyu Ree telling her about the show, just in case Taeil hadn't said anything.

Kyu Ree lay on her back, staring up at the plastic green stars on her ceiling, which she knew was Akito's playful doing. Her heart had finally slowed, but her stomach was still in a knot. This day just couldn't seem to be any worse. She'd woken up and been told her best friend was in love with her, but she was dating his best friend, and then she got home, after running the whole way from Taeil's, to find out that Akito, the kid who saved her from her terrible family and horrendous looking future, has a twin brother who has been missing and just resurfaced.

What the hell was going on in her life?

Her phone buzzed beside her, and she grabbed it, noting that it was River who had text her this time, not Kyung trying to goad her into answering so they could talk. She opened the message and sighed. The Bastarz had their performance tonight and they want us to come. I also kind of already told them we would. I've talked to the staff, so we're off for the night. Please? She smiled and rolled her eyes. It could be a distraction.

But Kyung would probably be there as well.

She groaned and rolled onto her stomach, burying her face into her pillows, annoyed. What the hell was she going to do now? She loved Kyung, he was great, but she didn't love him the way he loved her. She knew that hurt. She knew first hand that that hurt.

She'd been incredibly in love with her fiance, WooHyun, when they had first met, and when they were first engaged. But as the years drew in their long engagement, she began loving him less and less. He cheated frequently, he cheated in front of her and with her friends, and he openly told her, time and time again, that she was nothing, she would amount to nothing, and he was the best thing that had ever happened to her.
