Zico opened the door to the dorm and ushered River inside. The two were quiet, since neither knew who was in the dorm and who was sleeping. River began kicking off her shoes, and Zico grabbed the shoulders of his jacket and tugged it from her body. "Thank you," She muttered quietly.
Zico nodded, bending to untie his own shoes. "You have a habit of running away, huh?" He asked, and River turned to look at him, surprised. He didn't look up at her right away, choosing to continue untying his shoes as slowly as he could. River stared down at him, waiting for him to elaborate, her arms crossed over her chest. He looked up at her slowly, smirking. "Not going to fight me on that one, are you?" River raised an eyebrow. "Fine. Let me think," He said, moving to his feet. "You just ran away from your boyfriend," He said, beginning to count off his fingers. "You run away from the club almost every time something happens, but at least on that base you stick around to make sure everything is okay and then run away," He looked up. "From what I heard, you ran and hid from U-Kwon in the bathroom when you guys-"
"Okay, I didn't run away from him. We had a nice chat, and then he left and I took a shower."
Zico shook his head. "You sure as hell ran away from me." He said, dropping his hands to his sides.
River smirked. "If you woke up next to yourself, you'd run away too." He frowned. "You snore so loud, and you drool," She said, laughing.
He smiled and shook his head. "Stop, I do not."
"You do! And you kept twitching. It was kind of like you were having a seizure," She said, shaking her entire body and rolling her eyes backwards. "Just like that." She said, doing it again.
He laughed and grabbed her arms. "Lies," He said, shaking her arms so she swayed slightly.
Laughing, she swatted him away. "I'll record it next time."
Some how, she couldn't keep the words from flowing past her lips. His smile dropped, and he let go of her arms. She took a step back and looked down at her feet, ashamed. She really needed to get a filter. "Why don't we go inside." He said, moving past her and walking into the dorm.
River turned and followed behind Zico, silent. He led her towards the living room of the dorm. "Hey, River's with me," He said lightly, and River could hear shuffling as she moved towards the room.
P.O. was sitting on the ground, a few cards in his hands. He looked up and waved at River. Beside him, Kyung also held a hand of cards. He sat on the couch, though, and was leaning forward on his knees.
B-bomb stood beside Kyung, his cards on the table in front of him, and his eyes locked on River. "What... is everything okay?"
River nodded, smiling from behind Zico. "Yeah, everything's fine. Just..."
"She just needed a place to be." Zico said, sitting on the couch. "What are we playing?" He asked, reaching for the deck of cards.
P.O. shrugged his shoulders. "Poker, but we can stop if River doesn't-"
River laughed. "I know how to play." She said, sitting on the opposite side of the the table and reaching for the deck.
Kyu Ree woke up later than she had intended. She planned on waking early and getting a few things done before she had to run to the club and take care of a few things. The new workers were finished with their training and first nights, so she was free to DJ again, and she'd been missing working. But she'd woken up closer to noon, and Taeil was not beside.
