Kaigaku and Zenitsu

chapter 3

It's been a year or two, and Zenitsu has been working extra hard because final selection was coming around soon, but the thing that worries him is that will Kaigaku ever wake up? He's been asleep for the past 2 years and he's taken him to a doctor and yet nothing, and he can't leave him by himself while he's in a deep sleep or he might get slayed or kidnapped.

To be honest, he's  thought about taking him with him, but it's surrounded by a bunch of wisteria flowers. He might let him stay with some people in the village that's down from this mountain.

But he doesn't know if that's safe for his mental state because besides those people they met at the temple he's mostly been isolated for 2 years, but he's got to do this for Kaigaku.

He then proceeded to make my training harder, he first have to cut a Boulder in half because hes heard that the former water pillar uses this to help his students swing their sword harder so that's what i'm doing.

"Ugh, this is so hard. How does the former water pillar students do this?!" Zenitsu said as he fell on the ground, breathing too hard. It was hard to train yourself with no master but he's got to do this he can't give up.

Zenitsu sighed as nighttime fell and retreated back to the cave they were staying in, he looked down at the sleeping Kaigaku he couldn't help but wonder if Kaigaku remembers gramps he knows that Kaigaku can remember him but barely, "please wake up soon Kaigaku" he said as he laid down to sleep.

In dreamland

"What is this?"

"Zenitsu"

"K-kaigaku! You're okay, your human!"

"This is just a dream weirdo!"

"O-oh,"

"What is this! Zenitsu you're stronger than this, you can cut that fucking Boulder, gramps didn't waste his time training you now wake up and cut that fucking Boulder and if you don't I am going to wake up and kick the shit out of you"

"K-kaigaku"

"Now wake the fuck up Zenitsu"

Zenitsu woke up and looked at the sleeping Kaigaku next to him and cried, "Thank you Kaigaku."

He did what he was told and went up to the Boulder, "you're stronger than this" Kaigaku's words, and he then strikes the Boulder with full power and just like that the Boulder is sliced.

He instantly falls to the ground crying, "I did it, I did it!" He yelled, clearing up his tears, he went back to the cave and found a sleeping Kaigaku he hugged him tightly.

He decided it Kaigaku was going to stay with some people in the village down from the mountain.

He then carried him on his back and traveled down to a house, he knocked on the door a lady opened it, "oh hello again Zenitsu!" The lady said, "hi Mrs Tanaka" he waved, "can you do me a favor?" He asked, "sure anything for someone who helped me and my husband" she said, "can you watch my brother for me while I'm gone for a week" he said, "oh sure!" She chirped happily, "good don't mind the muzzle its suppose to help him with other stuff" he said walking into the house.

"Is there anything we need to know about him?" She asked as Zenitsu put him on a futon, "yeah he will probably sleep through the day and if he wakes up don't let him go outside into the sun he has a very bad sun allergy so it might kill him" Zenitsu explained, "Alright we'll try our best to take care of him!" She chirped.

"Would you like to stay for the night?" She asked, "yes!" He immediately yelled.

He was very grateful to the Tanaka's because he saved them both from a robber and helped carry her husband to a doctor and they promised to help them in any turn of events.

In the morning he set off, "Bye Mrs and Mr Tanaka take good care of Kaigaku for me please" he smiled as they waved back saying they promised to take care of him.

When he headed to mount fujiksane there were wisteria trees everywhere he couldn't help but admire them, when he arrived to the actual thing and there were a lot of people.

He sighed as he examined every one of them, he thought he recognized the one in the cloud kimono and mask.

Then two twins came and started to explain things.

He breathed in and out as he entered the area.
