Tanjiro was seen sinking in water going further and further down.

In the dreamland

Tanjiro was seen collecting water while hearing his sibling argue from far away.

Tanjiro smiled as he grabbed another bucket to fill up, but.

"WAKE UP!"

"What's going on?" Tanjiro thought as he looked around.

"WAKE UP!"

"WAKE UP THIS IS A DREAM!"

"Tanjiro!" He heard his little sister called out startling him, "come on mom's making dinner" she smiled, Tanjiro nodded as he followed her but stopped for a second.

He looked at where he collected the water and sighed as he quickly went back to following his younger sister.

Inosuke was also shown sinking further down the water like Tanjiro.

In Inouske dreamland

"We are the Cave survey team!" Inosuke chanted marching with Nezuko as a bunny and Kaigaku as a cat following him.

"Survey team survey team!" Inosuke chanted.

"Hey boss!"

"Wait boss"

"What is it underlings one and two?" Inosuke asked.

It revealed Tanjiro as a tanuki and Zenitsu as a rat, "over there! I smell the master of this cave as clear as trash!" Tanjiro smiled pointing in a direction.

"And it's snoring doesn't squeak like me!" Zenitsu said.

"Aha there he is!" Inosuke cackled.

The master of the cave which was a train like centipede was curled around some rocks asleep.

"Underlings go get em!" Inosuke yelled, "alright!" Tanjiro and Zenitsu said running towards the train.

"Hey don't fall behind underlings 3 and 4" Inosuke called out to Nezuko and Kaigaku who were sitting on the ground, "come on look I'll give you these sparkling acorns!" He said holding out some acorns.

Nezuko and Kaigaku looked at them before getting up and joining them.

"Let's go!" Inosuke yelled.

"Yeah!"

With Rengoku

Rengoku opened his eyes infront of his father and looked around, "hmm, why am I here?" He thought as his hand touched his sword.

"Right, to report to my father about becoming a hashira" he thought.

Rengoku told his father happily about becoming a hashira all while his father kept reading a book.

After he finished his father finally spoke.

"So what if you've become a hashira?" He said putting down his book, "worthless it means nothing, you'll still never amount to anything" he said.

"Neither you nor I"

Rengoku nodded as he got up and walked out, he was walking around his estate until his younger brother showed up.

"Uh brother, did your news make father happy?" His younger brother smiled, "I hope that when I become a hashira, that father will acknowledge me as well" he said looking at the ground.

He wasn't always like that, infact he was a hashira himself, he was full of passion, then one day he quit being a swordsman just like that.

The man who raised us both with such enthusiasm.
