Kaigaku and Zenitsu

Chapter 18

Uzui grabbed his swords behind his back, "who cares why?" He said annoyed.

Shinobu ignored him and continued talking, "you can take your time, just answer the question" she smiled waiting for their explanation.

Tanjiro panted a bit trying to answer, "she's my, she's my young-" he coughed a bit, Shinobu opened up a bottle and walked over to them.

"It looks like you need some water" she said offering it to him, Tanjiro looked at her and grabbed it a bit harshly, "I can see you injured your jaw so drink carefully please" she said as Tanjiro drank.

Tanjiro finished drinking she offered it to Zenitsu which he took up very gratefully.

After they both finished drinking she kept on talking, "your wounds have yet to heal, so you musnt over do it" she said.

"Are you ready to tell us your story? Tanjiro and Zenitsu" she asked, Tanjiro breathed heavily and looked up at her.

"That demon is my little sister!" He finally answered, "while I was away my family was attacked by a demon,and when I got home they were all dead!" He explained, "my sister was turned into a demon, but she would never eat anyone!" He said, "she has never ate anyone and never will! She'll never hurt humans bo matter what!" Tanjiro said.

Shinobu looked surprised by his answer and looked at Zenitsu.

He coughed a bit before answering, "my story is about the same, My Aniki and master were attacked while I was away" he said tears starting to pool up, "my master was a former pillar and I was going to be a tsukogo but he was attacked by a powerful demon killing him and transforming my Aniki" He said as tears started to fall down his face.

"Kaigaku had the chance of killing me but he didn't! He had went through a very gruesome transformation and was healing his wounds but he never ate me!" Zenitsu yelled, "Kaigaku had saved countless lives despite them fearing him, I know for sure that he would never eat anybody at all!" He yelled.

Iguro scoffed, "spare us your absurd ravishings" he said, "if their family, then of course they'll be defending them" he pointed out, "I can't trust a single word your saying" he said, "I for one don't belive you" he said.

"Ah, how sad" Gyomei said as tears were falling down his face, "the other child that I hoped was alive was turned into a demon" he said.

"Let us kill these poor children, and set them free" Gyomei said, "please listen to us!" Tanjiro said, "we became a swordsmen to find a cure for our siblings!" Tanjiro yelled, "it's been more than two years since Nezuko and Kaigaku have became a demon!" Tanjiro yelled.

"Your story is spinning in circles, idiot" Uzui said, "they haven't devoured anyone, and there not going to" he said, "those are just words, so prove it to us" he said.

"What was that bird again?" Muichiro asked.

"Hey hold on a minute!" Misturi said, "shouldn't we at least wait for the master to arrive and see what he thinks!" She said trying to convince them not to kill them.

Tanjiro looked around worrying but the worrying soon turned into anger, "my sister and his brother will fight by our sides!" He yelled, "they can fight as a demon slayer to protect humans!" He yelled.

"So please" Tanjiro begged.

"Well,well, I see there's some fun brewing here" Zenitsu heard a voice that sounded sadistic to him, he looked over with horror in his eyes as he saw a man with scars all over his face and chest.

"Are those the idiotic corps members, who brought the demons along with them?" He asked as he was holding up Nezuko and Kaigaku's box.

"What the hell are you trying to pull here?" He asked.
