Vi's First Love

I just looked at her, she was stunning. Her deep violet blue hair somehow perfectly falling to her shoulders. I grabbed her as softly as I could and then pushed her to the bed planting the biggest hardest kiss on her lips and then neck. Ha I wasn't very gentle, but she didn't seem to mind. What was I doing? I was just moving without a care or thought. We kissed for a while. 'Wow she's good at this!' I thought.

I'm basically brand new to any of this. I know I'm a wise ass but really there's a lot I'm insecure about. I hadn't been with anyone, not really. I mean besides what I'd seen at the brothel and at Stillwater (damn that place). Oh no my mind wandered. Maybe it showed. I'm confident but now embarrassed, 'what the fuck?!' I got self-conscious, distracted and stopped. 'Shit!' She looked a little puzzled but grinned. We were both out of breathe.

"Vi, Violet?" she looked on. I loved when she called me that.

"Yeah Cupcake?" I smirked a little.

"It's alright." She touched my arm.

"Is it? It's not excellent?" I joked. "You've clearly done this before." I sat up.

She thought for just a moment then reached running her fingers through my hair. She sat in front of me.

"Not with anyone like you. You're special to me Vi." she paused. "I care for you so much. For us-"

I just reached over and held her for a while. Taking her all in. Eventually she insisted on showering before work. I didn't care about that or want her to go - I fought to hang on to her longer. Eventually I reluctantly gave in and released her. I think I could get used to this.

We got ready and left for work. All I could do was bounce off of everything in sight along the way. I was so giddy and felt amazing. Caitlyn just smiled. I grabbed her hand just before we entered the building and gave it a soft kiss. Realizing now I hadn't bandaged my hands after showering. Hers were so soft and gentle in mine. I lingered for a moment holding her closer.

"I love you Caitlyn Kirraman," I whispered into he ear.

I pulled back slowly and kissed her hand again then let it go turning to go into work.
I wasn't expecting any response. We had known each other a long time and I'd always longed to be with her but we had only just gotten together last night. I knew it was too soon. It's just that my heart was bursting. I knew I had loved her for months. I didn't want to keep any more secrets or waste anymore time.

"Wait." She held my shoulder turning my around then reached for my collar with both hands. She brought me in for the longest most passionate lingering kiss. I froze not moving as she pulled back and let out a little giggle.

"Vi I've loved you for more days than I could possibly count."

I turned beat red. I'm pretty sure my face now matched my jacket. She just smiled looking at me then ran her fingers through my hair.

Caitlyn leaned into whisper, "do you need a minute?"

"Huh um no... well maybe I guess I uh..."

"Did I break you?" She teased.

"Bffff..." We both started cracking up and waited to catch our breath.

I grabbed her hand and led her through the doors. As soon as we were inside the dozens of eyes that had been watching turned away quickly but almost instantly a booming voice echoed from upstairs.

"About damn time!" Jayce hollered and the once silent enforcers busted out laughing and clapping.

Now we were both beat red and smiling from ear to ear.
