Gavin
Waking up next to Bryn the next morning was the best feeling in the world, her giving me her virginity was the most precious gift I've ever been given. Being inside her was a place I never wanted to leave from she was so warm and tight and just felt like home. She is my home. Just laying there staring at her in the early morning hours watching her sleep had my heart racing, I'm not sure when I fell back asleep. Today is Thanksgiving and I'm so happy to be spending it with my family and Bryn, even my father and his family are coming. Bryn had somehow talked me into inviting him, saying we only get one family and we should cherish them. Knowing she misses her mom during times like these especially the holidays I put my pride away and sucked it up. After getting dressed we both headed down to help with the food preparations for tonight. Mom and Lee were already getting the turkey prepped when we entered the kitchen. Breakfast was sitting on the counter as they scurried around the floor, "Good morning" Lee said as he looked over her shoulder at us, with a sly smirk on her face. Of course, she knew about last night, her and Bryn have gotten close over these past few months almost sister like. They go shopping, gossip and have sleepovers. I'm so glad they get along so well. "Good morning" Bryn says shyly, smirking at her reaction I take her hand and lead her to a barstool to eat before we get started.

After breakfast Bryn and I started on the sides, I took over the mashed potatoes and yams while she took over the green bean casserole and stuffing with gravy. Mom was working on the meats and Lee was making some pies for dessert, she decided on pumpkin pie and key lime pie, Bryn wanted to make her mom's dessert as well, pecan pie. It was around 4pm when all the sides and desserts were done, the ham and turkey were in the oven keeping warm until 5 when dinner would start. Bryn and I headed back up stairs to freshen up before the other family members started arriving. Her dad and brother were the first to arrive, opening the door her face face lights up seeing them here. I might have forgotten en to let her know I invited them, her reaction was priceless. "Oh my god, dad what are you doing here?" She asks in a very high pitched voice. He looks to me with a worried expression so I step up to ease both of them. "I invited them last night on my way home, I figured you'd want to them to be here with you" I tell her softly. She turns around and wraps her arms around my neck a s she pulls me in for a hug. "Thank you, baby this means so much to me" she says in my ear. Pulling away she gives me a quick kiss on my cheek before she turns back and wraps her father in a hug as well. I fist bump Cutter as he makes his way around them "What's up man?" I ask hitting his fist, "Not much, you have a big house man" he says in awe as he looks around. Laughing at him i nod my head, "Yeah, I can show you around if you want. We have a pretty big game room" I see Bryn roll her eyes at our interaction. "Hey, don't be spending too much time in there, we have more family to greet", raising my hands in the form of surrender before leading Cutter to the game room while she leads her father towards the living room.

Cutter and I spent around 30 minutes in he game room after the tour I gave him. Leading back into the living room after a game of Madden, I find my dad and his wife sitting on the couch along with Bryn's dad and my mom. They seem to be getting along well, all eyes turn to us as we enter the room. "Hey, son where is Bryn at?" Giving him a quizzical look, I look around and notice she isn't here. Wouldn't she have let them in? Where did she go? "I'll go look for her" I tell the room as I turn and start my search. I've spent the last 20 minutes looking for her with no luck, I've even resorted to asking Lee for her help. The only place left to look is the library and there I find her sitting on a bean bag with a book in her hand. I know she can get lost in a book if she had enough time and quietness, seeing how the library is here on the second floor away from the chatter of the crowd she must have lost track of time. As I stand there and watch her read her face gives off several different expressions, her eyebrows scrunch together in confusion or she bites her lip in anticipation, she even let out a little laugh. Watching her I fall more in love with her, how can she be so perfect. Slowly making my way into the room not wanting to scare her I stop a few feet from her before I let her know of my appearance. "Hey" I whisper to her, she slightly jumps and drops the book on the floor with a thump, her hand went straight to her chest over her heart that I'm betting is racing. "Gavin, you scared me. What are you doing here, what time is it?" Shaking my head I chuckle at her nervousness I pull her hands up so she is standing, I wrap my arms around her waist "We didn't know where you went off too, it's only been about 45 minutes. It's ok baby", letting out a sigh I see her shoulders slump. "I'm sorry, I lost track of time, I just came to get a book for later and I started reading the back to get a fell on if I'd want to read it ya know. Then i opened it to see how the first chapter went and well" she trails off. Chuckling I pull her with me back to where everyone was at, groaning she let's me pull her into the living room. "Hi, guys sorry I got a little sidetracked" she says as she waves tot the room.

Sitting at the dining room table dad takes what used to be his seat, at the head of the table mom to his right, followed by Mr. Davis, Cutter then Lee. On the other side is Lacy to his left then their daughter and my little 3 year old sister Maggie, followed by Bryn then me next to her. Mom had laid out all the food in the middle of the table before we started dad stood up clinking his glass, "I would just like to say I'm so blessed to have everyone here tonight" he says as he looks around the table at each of us. Smiling he continues his speech "I know the past has been a little rough the past couple years but I'm happy that we can get past it and move on and all be together this year. So before we start this magnificent feast that Becks made I would like everyone to say one thing they are grateful for, something that makes them happy. I'm grateful for my kids, my life wouldn't be complete without each one of you" he says as he looks to us with a raise of his glass as he takes a sip before sitting back down. Mom goes next and we take out turn around the table getting to me I look to Bryn, she is what I'm grateful for. I don't know what my life would be like without her in it, "Bryn, your what I'm grateful for this year. Every since you've came into my life I feel like my life has gotten better. I love you" I say as I look into her eyes. I see a tear slip out as she closes her eyes and clears her throat "I'm thankful for you, Hazel. You have made my life ten times better and I'm so happy that we found each other that day" I smile at her and lean in for a kiss which she gives back without hesitation. The rest of the table continues and I know that tonight is going to go great.
