Every time we saw each other, I felt that I can rest as long as I’m with her. I hope she feel the same. But it doesn’t matter. As long as we’re okay now.

Lagi siyang pumupunta rito para ideliver ang pagkain sa’kin mula sa trabaho niya. Yes, I know it’s unhealthy but I want to see her. She also agree on that. Minsan sinasamahan niya ng gulay or may sabaw na siya ang nag luto.

Nahihiya na rin ako kaya gusto ko sana siyang patigilin. Ang kaso tuwing na stuck ako rito sa trabaho nag dadala siya. Ayaw papigil.

She already saw Fina on my company and she don’t mind. While that freaking girl kept on bugging me for weeks.

“Stan—”

“Get out.” I said in a cold tone.

“C’mon! Just agree on me! Para marami ka na ring matapos.” Pag mamaktol niya.

Tiningnan ko siya ng pagod na expression, “fine, just for today. Hand me file from Juls then after photo copy this.” I hand her the folder.

Lumawak ang ngiti niya.  Kinuha niya ang binigay ko at agad na umalis. I’m so frustrated while scratching my head. Hindi ko na kaya, naiirita nako sa pangungulit niya. Buti sana kung kasing cute siya ni Shane tang’na.

My phone vibrate.

“Hello?” tanong niya sa kabilang linya.

“Great, tatawag palang sana ako.” Natatawang sagot ko.

“Ay, kamusta? Kumain ka na?” she sound worried.

“Nope, but I will, in just a minute.” I can’t help but to smile.

“Huwag kang mag papalipas. Dadalhan sana kita ng pagkain kaso marami kaming customer.”

“It’s fine! Besides, ayoko ikaw nag dadala. Gusto ko, ako pupunta sayo. Baka kung mapano ka pa sa daan.” Sabi ko.

“Kaya ko naman. Pero itatry ko pa rin.” Paalala niya.

“Ang kulit.” She laughed at me.

“Sige babye na. Ano…babye hehe.”

Umarko ang kilay ko. I can freaking imagine her face right now. I want to get off to work.

“Bye…” I love you. But I can’t say it!

What the hell is wrong with me? I want to say it but…why am I nervous? She love me too!

Right? She love me back?

Pinatay niya na ang tawag.

While busy with my laptop I got a text from oldie. He said that the board members will arrive at 4 pm. We need this meeting. I was really surprise when oldie said that he would attend it. I mean, he doesn’t like meetings but now he’s goanna come. I wonder if something is up.

Biglang bumukas ang pinto. It was Fina and she’s holding a tray with food. Nilapag niya ‘yon sa harap ko.

“Are you done?” I asked.

“Almost. Eat, the board members will be here in an hour. What’s with the meeting anyway?” she asked.

“None of your business.” I ignore her frown.

“What are you doing?” tanong ko nang makitang umupo siya sa sofa.

“What? C’mon, let me rest even just a minute. Just eat your food.” She rolled her eyes at me.

I eat peacefully on my seat. It really tastes different if the food was not cook by Shane, and the hell I don’t know why. I drink my juice and decided to get ready for the meeting. Sandaling lumabas si Fina para ibalik ang tray sa labas. Pag balik niya wala na ang coat niya. Can’t sue her though it’s hot even there’s an air-conditioned.
