Fears (Murasakibara x Reader)

There was always simple things you were afraid of. Maybe even the weirdest things. All you knew was you were just a scaredy cat at times.

Spiders. Falling. Bugs. Horror. Gore.

Just some things, but after you watched Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan), you were supremely afraid of tall people, people who are 160 cm and strict, people with glasses and let's say people who wore red scarves. Of course you were afraid the whole time watching it, it was horror and gore.

Ah, things anime could do to you.

You became extremely cautious of who you were around and where you were.

You walked into the gates of Yosen, just oh-so quickly glancing around for tall people. To you, tall people represented titans, and you wouldn't want that, would you?

One thing you knew that would calm you down was Pocky. You opened your bag and crammed your hand in, looking for a box you brought around with you.

Once you brought it out, you sighed in relief, glad that you at least had something to comfort you while you were in distress.

But one thing you didn't know was something big was approaching you, but it was approaching fast.

"Hm~ (Last Name)-chin, what do you have there? Can I have some?" You heard a lazy-toned voice. You went into a cold sweat, suddenly feeling the rays of the sun on your body, it was as if it was blocked out by---"TITAN!!" You shrieked and threw the box in the air, hiding behind the closest thing near you.

You buried your face into what ever you were hiding behind, scared of a giant-purple "Titan". You anxiously looked over, seeing the giant with your Pocky in hand. You obviously pouted angrily but, quickly got over the thought when you realized what you were dealing with.

A. Mother-Fudging. Titan... Barney thing.

You heard a chuckle, "What are you doing, (Last Name)-chan~?" A voice sweet and curious asked. You brought your eyes up, looking down upon you was a pair of amethysts. "H-Himuro-san!" You backed away, flushed in embarrassment by your recent act.

You bowed and apologized for your sudden outbreak. Then you realized what stood behind Himuro, someone much taller. Your lips quivered in fear, you tried uttering something to say, but no avail in speaking out those words.

Himuro slightly tilted his head, giving off a dumbfounded look on which he wanted an answer to his confusion. While on the other hand, the person behind him was munching on snacks, not to mention one being, your snack.

"Why are you so far, (Last Name)-chan? It's only Atsushi and I." Himuro placed a hand on his chest and took a step closer. You took a step back, any steps they came closer is steps you would back away.

Just as Himuro was about to speak, you turned towards the school and started running, with your arms flailing in the air like a fish out of water.

Leaving behind a very confused Himuro and a munching Murasakibara.

|| Time Skip - Study Hours ||

You cautiously explored Yosen's library, in search for yet another textbook on science. You finally spotted one, but you noticed it was far out of your reach. You grabbed the steps and placed them down, in hope for you being able to grab the textbook you oh-so needed.

Yet you couldn't reach at all, until a large hand grabbed it. You felt the presence of someone great, it was so great, it was overwhelming that you almost stumbled off the little boost you were standing on.

You slowly, but hesitantly turned you head, in a nervous sweat, it was Murasakibara. You shrieked and threw yourself against the bookshelf behind you, feeling trapped by him and the shelf.

Some books ended up falling.

"Hm? What are you doing, (Last Name)-chin?" Murasakibara slightly leaned towards you, taking a closer look at your distraught face.

"T-t---" you paused, feeling dizzy. "KYAAAAA!" You ran away, accidentally missing the doorway and running into a wall, but you managed and fled out of the library.

Obviously students were disrupted but, Murasakibara became curious, why were you so paranoid?

|| After School ||

You walked home as fast as you could, not wanting to see anymore of your fears. But, then suddenly you were pulled aside. You felt you mouth was being covered, terrified, you tried screaming.

"(Last Name)-chin, are you scared?" A make-lazy toned asked, obviously wanting to know the answer as if it was the end of the world. You shook your head no, but started shaking.

"(Last Name)-chin... It hurts to think that you're scared of me.. I like you a lot." He confessed, you stopped shaking. Y-you like me...?

He released you, allowing you to slip down and turn around.

"I-I'm sorry, Mura-kun.. I-I was just scared... but then, I realized, you had done nothing and this whole time it was like I was blaming you... so, I apologize for that.." you hugged him. You felt his arms wrap around your body, you could feel his heartbeat.

Feeling sorry, you nuzzled against him.

"I like you too."
