Jar Of Hearts (Haizaki x Reader)

So.. This is Teikō Haizaki. Okay, so this one-shot, I'm going to try to explain two sides of something that's happening between a friend and I.

To have the mere thought of Haizaki cheating on you was unthinkable. You trusted him to the point you'd ignore your friends and what they were saying.

You were just thinking that they were lying to you or something. Hopefully.

Your friends started ignoring you when they called you "love crazy". They couldn't believe you picked a boy over them.

Though, you had not believed, you had the slightest thought that your first friend when you came to your school was a threat. A threat to your relationship.

Your boyfriend Haizaki Shōgō hung around her for an unknown reason. Maybe because she was a cheery and supremely nice person?

But, you felt like something was going on with them. Sometimes you'd just watch from afar to see what they were doing.

Some things were: talking, glaring at each other, sometimes swearing at each other, laughing at each other's jokes and normal friend's stuff. You felt jealous that he wasn't paying much attention.

Now, to explain things. This was the second time you dated Haizaki.

♪ Collecting your jar of hearts ♪

You broke up the first time because he made you feel uncomfortable.

♪ And tearing love apart ♪

But, you still liked him anyways. You couldn't just keep away from him, he was.. attractive to you.

Most girls in the school knew how he was like. He was a player, he was inappropriate (which you ignored).

♪ From the ice inside your soul ♪

But, things you could list was: cute, funny, "nice" and active. Now, the friend you thought was a threat, you always hung around to see what was going on... in secret.

♪ So don't come back for me ♪

You'd always ask how were things going, nervous for the answer. But, she'd answer happily like nothing was wrong at all.

♪ Who do you think you are? ♪

You were somewhat jealous because she had many friends and she knew many things. For example, if something were to go off in the upper or lower grades, she'd know within twenty-four hours. Practically before anyone else.

♪ I hear you're asking all around ♪

For some odd reason, you were feeling like you weren't liked as much by people. But, they just stuck around with you because she stuck around.

♪ If I am anywhere to be found ♪

You had to admit that she was pretty popular. But, to hear the words, "cute" and "popular", maybe even "obsessive" from your boyfriend, made you wonder. Those three words, were the words he used to describe your friend.
