Game On (Kotarō x Reader)

[warning: a lot of 🌚 moments]

You didn't know how this all started, but you eventually just fell into playing a little game with the energetic guy. You don't know what sparked him to do it, but your instincts told you to do it back.

You spotted the cheetah in the hallway, the corner of your lips curling up into a mischievous smirk as you ran up behind him at a quick pace and kneed him on his butt. You nudged him a bit with your elbow after kneeing him, grinning uncontrollably as he yelped a bit before realizing it was you.

"Oh, it's on, (First Name)." He growled huskily in your ear, pulling at your sleeve. Though Kotarō was trying to get a flustered reaction out, it didn't work.

A grin grew on your face as you held Kotarō down by his collar, "Try me, Raijū." You then pushed him back and hurried to your next class.

✿ Lunch ✿

You stood in line at your school's cafeteria, waiting very patiently as the line moved slowly. Your arm was slumped around your best friend's shoulder, telling her what had happened during your class and how much you disliked being in that class.

"Ugh, it's so stressful. The amount of times I have to put up with the same guy tapping me over and over again without saying a-" you felt someone's foot push you on your tooshie, your grasp around your friend being released.

"H-Hey!" You whipped your whole body around and stomped, thinking it was someone else either than Kotarō, but you were wrong.

"Who's that someone, (First Name)-chan?" Kotarō asked, approaching you. You shook your head and flipped your hair, you chin raised and your eyes closed, your hands at your hips and balled, "Oh, it's no one~"

You felt Kotarō's foot connect with your toosh again, so you kneed him back, even harder than he kicked you. Surprised at how hard you kicked, you moved up in the line.

"Anyways, what I was saying-"

This time, it was  Kotarō's hand and not his foot. Your cheeks blossomed red as you furrowed your brows and did it back. Both of you went at it for a while, everyone around so confused why the two of you were doing such a thing.

"Kotarō, (First Name)," both of you turned your heads towards the speaker, "explain what you two are doing." He ordered.

"Well, if it isn't the little pompous-" Kotarō slapped his hand over your mouth and laughed it off, waving it off as he nudged you with his hip.

"We were just dusting something off our uniforms, Akashi," he laughed awkwardly, "there's dust flying around!" Kotarō shouted as dragged you off with him.

✿ After School ✿

Everyday, you walked home with Kotarō, which forced the consistent kicking and kneeing between the both of you.

You two talked about your project together, as you two were, you found it to be the perfect moment. You raised your leg and directly kicked him, on impact, Kotarō jumped up high as you ran away.

Determined and unwilling to be defeated, Kotarō chased you and managed to keep up and do the same. But, when he did, he didn't realize how hard he kicked until you shrieked and held the area he had kicked.

"That actually hurt!" You shouted, stopping in your tracks. Kotarō felt bad, the guilt of hurting you with his little game made him feel sorry for doing so.

He picked you up bridal style and carried you home, on the way, he had to think of a reason why he was carrying you home like that and why your booty hurt.

Kotarō knocked on your door, waiting for it to open. Once it did, he placed you on your feet and explained that you fell when someone pushed you and you crashed hard.

"Ah, arigatō, Kotarō-kun~ It's so nice to know (First Name)-chan has someone like you," your mother smiled and gestured a "goodbye" to Kotarō and a "come in" to you.

"A-Ah, y-yeah." Kotarō rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly while you glared at him. "S-See you tomorrow, (First Name)-chan." Kotarō bid the farewell for the day.

"Mhmm, see you tomorrow~" which while you said that, you pinched his cheek [not the innocent cheek] and closed the door behind you.
