Movies (Kotarō x Reader)

Netflix. Kingsmen Secret Service. Netflix and Kingsmen Secret Service are the reasons for this one-shot.

"(FIRST NAME)-CHAAAAN!!! HURRY WITH THE POPCORN! LET'S WATCH A MOVIE ALREADY!" Kotarō called from your living room. You popped a vein, wondering why didn't he come and make it himself then.

"Just wait, Kotarō!" You shouted from the kitchen. You waited a few more seconds until the microwave beeped, your popcorn was done.

You opened the microwave and took the bag of popcorn out. You opened the bag, taking in the scent of the buttery goodness inside. You shook them into a bowl and brought it out to your living room.

"Back~" you chirped and placed the bowl onto his lap. As you sat down next to him, you placed a kiss on his cheek. You snuggled up against him as he threw and arm around your shoulder.

"Hmm~ What are we going to watch?" You asked, resting your head on his chest. He scrolled through Netflix to your favourite movie.

"Let's watch, (Favourite Movie)." he grinned.

"Again? We watched that last week, Kotarō." You knitted your brows, giving a slight frown.

"Please, (First Name)-chan~"

"No." you sighed, you did want to watch your favourite movie, but you wanted to watch something else, something you knew you didn't know about.

"Fiiiiiiine." he huffed, then stopped at the horror section. A bone-chilling grin appeared on his face as he slowly turned his head to face yours.

"Wh-What?"

"Let's watch this one!" He pressed play and the movie had begun.

|| Time Skip ||

You were nervous, the screen got really dark. The little girl was walking alone, until she disappeared. Then a jump scare happened, and you scream for your life.

"AHHHHHH!!!" You threw the bowl of popcorn behind you and instinctively wrapped your arms around Kotarō's waist, burying your face in his chest.

He was taken aback by your scream, then grinned that your reaction was quite cute. He was satisfied until he felt a warm liquid seeping through his shirt and your shoulders shaking.

"(First Name)-chan, are you crying? Are you okay?!" He grabbed your shoulders and shook them, trying to pry you off to take a look at your face.

"I-I'm so scared... Kotarō.." you hugged tighter, not wanting to let go.

He raised your chin, "It's okay, if a scary part comes, I'll turn you away!" He declared, puffing his chest a bit. You giggled and wiped your tears, "Okay."

After another while, another scary part was coming, only Kotarō didn't do anything.

"Kotarō, I---" you were cutoff by his action, he locked lips with you while the bloodcurdling screams from the tv were in silence. All you were focusing on was Kotarō, all your worries at that moment disappeared.

You caressed his cheek, leaning closer to deepen the kiss.

Pulling away, you smiled softly at him.

"See, that wasn't scary, was it?" He asked, a smile on his face. You nodded, caressing his cheek once more, pulling him closer.

"As long as I'm with you, I'm not scared."

At the end of the day, you two spent the day watching movies and cuddling. Kotarō mainly spent the day on popcorn.

He noted: Watch scary movies just to get closer to, (First Name)-chan!
