Happy Birthday, Midorin! Sorry I couldn't finish your book, ended up going on another road trip! I guess you're like a British person in this one-shot XD I couldn't stop reading in a British accent.

Montréal to Niagara Falls, finally back home.

"Hey, did you hear?"

"Hear what, nanodayo."

"There's this new girl and apparently she's really pretty!"

"...There's more important things to talk about. Talking about foolish things, nodayo." Midorima pushed up his glasses as he hmph'd. Takao laughed at his teammate, wondering why he answered so quickly after that.

"Excuse me," Midorima turned around to the source, seeing this beautiful non-Japanese girl. Her eyes were a lovely beautiful (Eye Colour). Her (Hair Colour) hair was flowing gloriously as her facial features were just stunning.

You held a warm smile when he turned around, his cheeks became a dark red, which you noticed.

"I was wondering where (Favourite Subject) Class is...I'm new." They both stared at you, dumbfounded. You stared in distress, knowing that they spoke Japanese. It felt useless.

"U-Uh...I-It's down t-the hall to your l-l-le-left-left..." You blinked in surprise to the green-haired high schooler before you, you didn't expect him to actually say it so fluently. Though, you knew that they took English.

"Thanks, love. I appreciate it a lot." You winked with another smile of greeting and went your way as he instructed.

Takao and Midorima stared at your beautiful figure walking away.

Takao whistled, "What a beauty, huh." pursing his lips to the side, he sighed. Midorima kept staring at your fading body as it left into the classroom.

Just when Midorima remembered the scene that just played, he realized what you called him.

Sh-Sh-She..called me what..?!

|| A Few Months Later ||

You became a bit more known to everyone in the school.

To the second-years, as well as the third-years.

You learned a bit of Japanese, only to suffice the pain of not understanding anything. Only the basics.

"Ah, kon'nichiwa, (Last Name)-chan!" One of your fellow classmates shouted out with a hand suddenly.You smiled sweetly, tilting your head slightly. "Kon'nichiwa, (Girl's Name)." you did a small wave. She jumped a bit as you heard, "See! I told you! She isn't only pretty but, nice as well!" the sound of her voice made her seem excited, making your giggle softly.

"(Last Name)." you nearly jumped out of your skin, scared of the sudden call of your name. "M-Midorima...-kun." you heaved out with your hand on your chest.

"I-I need to talk to you...a-ab-about a project!" He yelled suddenly. "O-Okay..? I-I need to talk to you, too."

Midorima took you into an empty classroom, shutting the door. You looked around, wondering why an empty classroom of all places?

"So, continue." you slightly smiled, awaiting his saying.

Midorima froze, mesmerized by your big astonishingly-pretty eyes.

He couldn't get enough of staring at your face.

God, you were hot.

"Do...you want me to go first?" You asked, stepping closer to the male. He nodded, gulping down the lump in his throat. "Okay..." you smirked.

"Darling, though that one time you became horrid. You have a lovely personality. You really are a stunning gentleman, your looks are. Your eyes, they are just absolutely a lovely emerald colour. When I first watched you play, I was intrigued by your moves," you took a breath and continued. "What I'm saying is, I like you, Midorima, you're a very lovely person. Please be mine?"

Midorima blinked a couple of times, trying to utter out a response but, with no avail, useless. He nodded in reply.

You sighed in relief, "I'm glad you understood me." You hugged Midorima suddenly, making him flinch.

"Oh, and I think lovely people deserve something." you smile, you gestured for him to lean down, he did as told. You captured his lips, running a hand to the back of his head.

"Lovely."
