23 - Moment of Truth

I was giving instruction to the staff when I heard someone calling me. I turned around, I was shocked when I saw Connor.

"Hey dude why are you here?" I asked him.

"What's with question Zander? I got to be here for my princess. I told you before that scumbag is good for nothing." Connor playfully punch me.  "Now I got a reason to beat that guy."

Connor smiled creepily and I got nervous with whatever he is planning. I have to distract this man from murdering Hunter. When it come to Noelle all reasons fly out of window with Connor. He is too protective with Noelle to the point that he is destructive already. I know Connor he almost beat me to death once.

"Where are they now?" Connor asked me.

"I left Noelle with Miss E. You can asked her their whereabouts right now." I told him. I was called by the manager and so I left Connor alone looking for them.

I was busy with the manager arranging some papers pertaining the collaboration with Chandler's Comp. We were checking the financial accounts of the resort as it will be needed when the contract is signed. I am positive that Chandler will invest in the resort even when Noelle has problem right now. This would be a great opportunity for their company to expand in this city and definitely they will pioneer in venturing here. We were interrupted by a staff who seems to be very disturb.

"Sir Zander, please come with me to the conference hall. There's a fight going on. Please help us." I run to conference hall, and I catch Connor punching Hunter in the face.

Ouch!

I restrained Connor from giving more punch to Hunter. Noelle is crying so hard and on the floor, Aimee is helping Hunter covering his bleeding nose.

"Stop this bullshit. This is all Noelle's fault. If he hasn't been some kind of a prude, never ever being intimate with Hunter, he wouldn't have gone to me." Aimee was hysterics. "We wouldn't have come if you didn't force him to come here." I was shocked with this revelation. For four years being together, they never been intimate?

"Get out of here right now while I am still being civil with the two of you. You are overstaying your welcome here. I am done with you two, get lost." Noelle shouted at the two of them then he walk out of the hall. I was about to go after him, but Connor stop me.

"I'll go after Noelle; you check on the two. Ask miss E to prepare for their departure." Connor commands. Why am I caught up with their mess?

I went outside to look for miss E, I'm glad that she is just at the lobby.

"Miss E, Connor asked me to tell you to prepare for the ticket of these two going back to manila for tonight. And then let them pack their thing from their respective units and surrender their key cards at concierge." I told Miss what Connor asked me to tell her, but I add up what would make matter easier for Noelle when he comes back to Manila.

"Yes Sir Zander, I'll get into it." Miss answered me.

I just tipped my head to them and walked back to the manager's office. Out of nowhere a fist landed on the side of my face. It was Hunter.

"What's wrong with you Hunter?" I asked him while holding my face.

"You son of a bitch. It is because of you that's why Noelle is so inhibited, it is because of you he cant be intimate with me." Hunter kept of shouting at me. He was being hold by the guys from maintenance section.

"Why do you include me in your relationship problem? It's between the two of you. I'm out of it. Have you seen me being close with Noelle since you've been here? I know my line man and I don't have plan on crossing it. I've crossed it once and it lead me to my downfall so be careful with whatever nonsense you are spewing now." I angrily told Hunter. I walk out of that place. I am so angry, and I am afraid that the manager and owner will caught up with this mess and I will be questioned.
