I hurriedly left them after Connor spilled the truth of what had happened five years ago and what was meant of the inaugural event. I am afraid that Noelle would only show pity towards me. He still confused right now; I don't want to burden him with the knowledge that I have been waiting for him. I went back home and slowly enter my house thru the backdoor. I don't want to alarm my aunt with my presence, I don't want her to see me miserable as it is.

Oh Noelle, you don't know what you are capable of! You have made me the saddest person in this world. In as much I love you so much I don't want you to come to me out of gratitude or out of obligation. I thought it will be enough for you know the truth but then the truth come in the most unpleasant way. How would I know if you really want me back in your life now that you just ended your relationship with Hunter? I didn't noticed I'm crying; I took a deep breath and closed my eyes.

"Zander." And you are calling me now, then you run to me. My god my imaginations is like for real. I put up my hands to banish this apparition in front of me but Noelle bump at me. He is real, he is here. How did he manage to come here. don't tell me he walk going here, so I look down to check his feet.

"I didn't know Zander," He started crying, ooh he is really here. "I really didn't know. I thought you hate me. I thought you're just toying with me. I thought you didn't like me. I thought you married Shirley."

"Where did you get that idea?" how did he come to this conclusion? Who told him this nonsense.

"That day when I was hoping you would come back there was a news flash. So, I left the house early to go to the airport." He told me, so he left early because of that, so much for missed opportunity.

"So that's why you weren't home when I arrive there. I was supposed to bring you to the airport and make everything official between us. I got your father and Connor's blessing." I barely whispered hoping the wind carry my words.

I gather him in my arms, so much for me thinking to resist him. All that matters now he is with me. I can't have it the other way around. I won't miss this chance again. I hugged him tightly and shower him with feather kisses in his forehead. But Noelle's reaction is not good for my resolve. As I kiss his forehead he loudly moaned and shudder, pressing his body to mine.

"Naughty baby." I said between giggles. As the cold night breeze blows, I dragged him inside the house and made him sit in the counter. I gave him water to help him sober up.

"You're drunk baby and you'll definitely forget about tonight." I told him as it always happens in the past. I always took advantage of his situation when he was drunk out partying with his friends. A kiss, a peck here and there.

"You mean I'll forget this and this and this too?" he is being playful right now, as he showered kisses all over my face. Definitely he is drunk.

"Yes, and this too. Like you always do when you are drunk." And I took his lip fully and deepen our kiss.

"I did not, I remember everything what we did even five years ago." He bravely told me.

"Oh, oh, only five years ago? What do you remember during your moving up celebration night swimming?" I asked him.

"You and Connor arrive and harassed my classmates." He shouted at me.

"Is that all you remember? You see you forgot about me." I acted like I am sulking now. It is always fun to tease Noelle he would have that duck face.
