Third Person's POV:
When the lunch break occured, Maze immediately stepped out of their room while sucking a lollipop and walked on the hallway with his both hands inside his pockets. He was just thinking about what he saw 2 days ago at the parking garage near the café, he was sure that he saw Jury hiding behind the wall that time but he didn't spent a minute to walk towards him and talk about the misunderstanding. Maze was sure that Jury has some negative thoughts inside his mind now.
He stopped walking when he made it to the corridor towards the cafeteria, nakita sa hindi kalayuan si Jury kasama ang mga kaibigan niya. Jury signaled them to head inside first before answering a call from his phone.
Maze took a deep breath as he slowly continued to walk, the reason why he left the classroom was to talk to Jury about what he saw 2 days ago. Gusto niya itong makausap at masabi na rin ang tungkol sakanya para hindi ito magkaroon ng maling hinala pero napahinto ulit siya sa paglalakad nang may makita siyang isang lalaki na nakamasid kay Jury, he frowned as he stare at the strange ma. The man was not wearing any school uniforms and it is obviously an outsider, he slowly took out his hand from his pockets as he readied himself if ever something bad happens.
And just like what he expected, the man's look stopped on him and when their eyes met, the man quickly ran away, making Maze alerted.
Mabilis siyang tumakbo para mahabol ang lalaki, he didn't even noticed that the lollipop inside his mouth already cracked into small pieces because of his gritting teeth.
"-Maze?"
Kahit gusto niyang lingunin at kausapin si Jury nang tawagin siya nito ay mas pinili nalang niyang magpatuloy sa pagtakbo, he ignored his call and ran faster to catch the man.
Nang makarating sila sa medyo madilim na bahagi ng University ay huminto siya, the man suddenly disappeared into thin air. He looked around furiously, trying to catch if he could hear and see something suspicious.
"Damn it..." He cussed under his breath and scratched his head out of annoyance.
Tatalikod na sana siya para bumalik sa cafeteria nang may makita siyang kakaiba na nasa lupa, he went over to look at it with his frowning brows.
Yumuko siya at pinulot ang isang itim na mask na tela kung saan may nakaprint doon na isang logo sa harapan, he stared at it for some seconds while there's a thing that's circling inside his head while looking at the black mask on his right hand.
That bastard... Is he the one who's after Noah and Jury now?
Kinuyom niya ang kamay niya at huminga nang malalim, he looked at the darkness in front of him as he cuss that name inside his head.
Sila na bang dalawa na magkapatid ang gumagalaw? How come I never knew that he came back before me?
Jury's POV:
Nang matapos ko ang tawag kay Noah ay nagtataka na ibinulsa ko ang cellphone ko bago tiningnan ang daan na pinagtakbuhan ni Maze kani-kanina lang, I stared at the hallway that's turning left. Why was he running that fast? May hinahabol ba siya?
I just shrugged and decided to enter the cafeteria, nasa dulong bahagi sina Nathan kaya hindi ko pa makita ang table nila. I just walk on a straight line as my mind just wander everywhere.
The call with Noah just now was about going out with him later, sabi niya ay may bibilhin daw siya sa mall mamayang uwian. Chase couldn't catch up with him because he needs to look after Chanel who's I guess plotting to leave their house again for a party tonight, at that reason, I couldn't help but to laugh a bit. That's what I did last year, always leaving the house because I wanted too. I guess both of us have something in common.
