Jury's POV:
In my entire life of living, I have never been kissed by someone... And thinking about it now, especially that I never wanted to have someone as my first kiss before, I don't think I'll think the same.
I looked at him beside me as he drive his car while I'm beside him at the passenger seat, naka-focus lang siya sa daan habang ang kanan niyang kamay...
I bit my lower lip as my eyes trailed down to the armrest between us where his hand is resting on top of mine, I gulped and quickly looked away with my face being so flushed.
Tumingin ako sa may hita ko nang maalala ko ang pusa, nakahiga ito saakin habang mahimbing na natutulog.
I moved my right hand to reach for his fur and caress it gently, nang mawala na ang hiya ko sa pagitan namin ni Noah ay tiningnan ko siya.
"You own this cat?"
Tumingin siya saakin bago tumingin sa pusa na nasa hita ko, he smiled a little before focusing his eyes on the road again.
"Yeah..."
I pout a bit out of sudden disappoinment, "But you left him in the middle of the forest before."
Kumunot ang noo niya, "Oh, that... Naiwan ko siya nang maglakad-lakad kami ni Chase dati sa isang gubat. I unintentionally lost him because it was almost dark inside that forest, but don't worry, nakuha ko naman siya kinabukasan."
My eyes widen a bit from what he said.
He visited that forest?
I cleared my throat and looked away, hindi nalang ako nagsalita.
But after seeing that we're already near the subdivision, I quickly stopped him, causing him to drive slowly in the middle of the road.
"Let's not go home yet."
Mukhang naguluhan siya sa sinabi ko dahil nilingon niya ako nang may pagtataka sa mukha niya, he looked around as I think for a reason.
"Gusto kong gumala muna.... Maybe let's go to a amusement park?" I said with a hesitant voice, tinitigan niya ako saglit bago muling tumingin sa daan at nagpatuloy sa pagmamaneho.
"Where to?" He said before taking a U-turn.
"Uhm..." Nag-isip ako, "Let's just go at the amusement park in this town, 'wag na tayong lumayo pa."
He just nodded his head and hummed as an answer.
I rested my back on my seat and sighed heavily before looking outsider the window beside me, hinimas ko nalang ang balahibo ng pusa sa may hita ko habang hinihintay na makarating kami sa pinakamalapit na amusement park.
Maybe I'll just make some excuses to my brother later on, palagi rin naman siyang wala kahit nagtataka na ako minsan ay hindi ko siya tinatanong doon.
Tumingin ako sa radyo nang buksan 'yon ni Noah until one song is already playing, binalik niya ang kamay niya sa pagkakapatong sa kamay ko at dedma lang na nagpatuloy sa pagmamaneho. Inismiran ko nalang siya bago nakinig sa kanta at nang mapansin ko na paulit-ulit nalang 'yon ay nakakunot ang noong tiningnan ko siya.

"Do you like this song so much?"
"Hm?" Tiningnan niya ako saglit, "Nah, I just saw it on Spotify. It's just... The vibe and the lyrics fits the atmosphere right now."
