Third Person's POV:

Should I go back and talk to Jury again?

Nathan tap his fingers on the steering wheel as his mind went to oblivion, napapaisip nalang siya habang nasa gitna ng traffic pauwi. He wanted to clear his mind so he could let Jury explain what just happened earlier.

He shook his head and sighed. Why am I thinking about that, though? I have a problem here... We have a problem here.

"Jury..." He bit his lower lip as he continues to tap his fingers on the steering wheel, "God... What happened to you this time?"

Hinilamos niya ang dalawang palad niya sa mukha niya, he never got to visit and ask him what's going on, anyway.

He started to think about the guy that interrupted them earlier and the reason why their coffee date were totally ruined.

I never got to see Jacob up-close before but depending on his pictures when he was still alive, I could say that he and the guy from earlier got some resemblance to each other.

Inisip niya kung may maaari bang dahilan kung bakit sila magkakilala, he knows Jury well, he won't meet another person if he's not okay yet.

Nathan checked the time on his wrist watch, "I still got time." tumingin siya sa paligid at naghanap ng pwedeng mapag-lusutan na daan.

After finding one, he quickly drove carefully to the shortcut towards the café, hindi naman masyadong ma-traffic kaya nakadaan siya agad nang maayos.

Nang makarating siya sa kalsada na magtuturo sakanya pabalik sa café, he sped up and grip his hands on the steering wheel tightly. Nathan pressed his lips together and took a deep breath.

I won't let pride take over me now, Jury has been through a lot. Listening to him is the best thing that I could do as his best friend.

I do hope that he's still there.

After driving for less than 5 minutes, nakarating na siya sa café. It wasn't the café near their subdivision, pinag-planuhan talaga nila na sa ibang café muna sila magsama-sama.

Mabilis na lumabas sa kotse si Nathan pagkatapos niyang iparada sa gilid ng kalsada ang sasakyan niya, he locked his car and looked around.

"Shit." Tumilhay siya upang makita kung nandoon pa ba si Jury sa loob ng café, he looked at the table that they used earlier but Jury was nowhere to find now.

Ginulo niya ang buhok niya at nagpakawala ng malalim na hinga, he put both of his hands on his hips.

"Maybe he already went home." "Yeah... He already went home."

Kinuha niya ang cellphone niya at minessage na lamang si Jury, he sent multiple chats to him and after that, he stared at his phone screen before putting it inside his pocket again.

He was about to open the car door when suddenly, a strange man caught his attention.
