Jury's POV:
I was staring blankly as I sip my coffee alone at my table, it's weekend and I planned to get myself some coffee and to be alone too.
It's been days since someone broke in our house in the middle of the night.
It was indeed chaos that night, all of my friends came over after ate Perry called them over. The time when they came in our house, everything inside the living room was like living hell. Kalat ang mga gamit at may mga bubog sa sahig sa mga nabasag but... The intruders were all gone.
Nagising si kuya noon at nakita ang isang grupo na pumasok sa loob ng bahay pero bago pa siya makalapit sakanila ay biglang may sumulpot na bulto, it was dark downstairs so what we could only see was silhouette of men slowly getting beaten by one person and after some minutes, they were taken away and the guy who beat the crap out of them? He came back.
And it was shocking to see who it was.

"... K-Kuya?" My hands were trembling as I tried to touch my brother's shoulder to wake him up to reality.
After some random guy expertly fought them, he sent him somewhere outside. He called someone to fetch the unconscious bodies of the intruders and after they were taken away, he walked inside our house again.
Kahit magkakaharap na kaming tatlo ay hindi pa rin namin siya mamukhaan ni kuya dahil madilim at hindi nakabukas ang mga ilaw sa salas, when the guy noticed that we're not moving on our spots, he walk towards the switch and turned on the lights.
My eyes widen when I saw his face.
I looked at my brother beside me to see if he recognize him but he was just looking at him with shock in his eyes.
"Kuya..."
"Thank goodness I unintentionally walked by your house and saw those jerks walking inside your house."
Tiningnan ko ang lalaki, he brushed his shoulder length hair back and smiled at us.
"So... We're good here? No need to call some cops to investigate? Those guys doesn't looks like a complete intruders at all, I swear."
Tumikhim muna si kuya bago nagsalita.
"Thank you. I just woke up so I couldn't control myself fully." My brother thanked him.
"It's okay." He looked at me, "Make sure to look behind you before entering the house, Jury." He picked his black skateboard with a flame design.
He was about to leave when suddenly, my brother spoke that made him stopped walking.
"Spare us a visit sometimes, we owe you our life."
The guy looked over his shoulder and nod his head, ngumisi siya nang kaunti bago sumagot. "But not these furnitures, it's expensive to buy again. Good luck for that."
He waved his hand to us before leaving with his skateboard tucked between his arm.
Nang mawala na siya ay doon lang ako nakapagsalita.
"Owe him our life? Really?"
He looked at me, "Those men surely had something with them and I'm quite sure too that they're not just intruders."
"But it doesn't mean we'll accept that guy visiting us here, we don't even know him!" Pagpo-protesta ko.
He even messaged me about the fight earlier, now he 'saved' our lives because he 'unintentionally' passed by our house.
