Jury's POV:
Awkward silence, that's all I can feel at the moment. Wala pa ring kibo ang mga kasama ko habang si Noah naman ay unti-unti nang nagtataka dahil sa katahimikan.
He slowly looked at my friends and seconds later, he seems puzzled.
"Oh. I forgot to introduce myself to your friends." He laughs a little before facing them while standing straight and looking so formal, "I'm Noah. I'm Jury's -"
"Can we talk outside?"
Natigilan siya sa pagpapakilala nang magsalita ako.
He looked at me with a questioning face.
"Wait, I'll just properly introduce myself to them -"
"You need to leave."
I want to punch myself from what I just said, wala na akong maisip pang sasabihin. I know that what I told to Noah made the whole scene more awkward, ramdam ko na napahiya siya and I want to close my eyes to not see that.
He still remain frowning and unmoving, "What do you mean?"
Tumayo ako mula sa pagkakaupo ko at hindi nagdalawang-isip na hilahin siya palabas ng café, leaving my friends still muted and probably, they're starting to ask themselves in their own minds.
I took Noah at the corner of the cafe to talk to him, walang tao sa labas at hindi kami kita ng mga tao sa loob ng café. Binitawan ko lamang siya nang makahinto na kami sa paglalakad.
Tiningnan ko si Noah at nahuli ko naman siyang nakatingin saakin, his eyes were asking me thousand of questions. I know I just embarrassed him in front of my friends, I just don't know how to start this. Having him this time is a wrong timing... Indeed a wrong timing.
"How many more times do you want me to become your tiny little secret, Jury?"
My brows furrowed, "What? We're... We're not even dating -"
He scoffed, "So the kiss, the dates, and the countless trips that we had are just nothing to you, huh?"
I looked at him in a ridiculous way, "What are you talking about? Those things, Noah... Those things are part of our agreement."
"But not the kissing part..." The corner of his lips lifted as he slightly looked down, "It was never in our agreement... Even liking you was never in our agreement."
Tinitigan ko siya.
Hindi ko siya masagot, what he said is true. When we kissed for the first time, I know it was never a part of our agreement and as time goes by, I know that the agreement that we had is no longer existing. Disesyon ko na ang sumama sakanya.
I'm aware that he has some feelings for me but, why do he like me, anyway? What's something different in me that makes him to like me? Yes, I've never seen him with a girl but... I've never seen him with a guy too except for his friend. He's not confuse about himself, everything about himself are not the problem... The problem is all me, the things that I've been keeping away from my friends and family. I wanted to solve it but I don't even know how to start it.
"You don't want me to meet your brother, so are your friends. I don't even know what's your reason behind it."
I looked down as I kept silent, I don't know what to say. I can't look at him.
I don't know how to start.
"Jury."
I slowly looked up to see his face and I think it was wrong move to do because the time my eyes looked at his face, he looked so much in pain.
