Your POV:
After I had left Yanfei, I decided that Liyue Harbor didn't have anything that was going to be useful to my hunt. So I left. I left Liyue Harbor, it was nice seeing it again.
On my way back to the place behind the hill, I encountered some Fatui agents. Nothing I couldn't handle but they did give me a wound or two because the human clothes I was wearing restrained my movement . One on my left arm and one on the right side of my ribcage. They hurt but it was nothing compared to what I had experienced back in my own little hell after my death. So I pushed through it.
It took a little while because of my wounds but I eventually got back to the hill. Luckily, no one had found the hidden clothes. I put my own clothes back on and immediately felt more like myself. The undercover clothes I had made for myself were not near as comfortable as my own. I could move freely again.
My wounds weren't bleeding anymore but they were still sore. So I put a thin layer of frost on them to relive the pain. This was an old technique I had learned in ancient Liyue. Simple but effective. I took my mask and I felt the rush of power like ice-cold water being poured over me. I took my sword and was about to leave when I saw two mortals running towards Wangshu Inn. They were running away from me. Cowards.
Damn it. They must have seen me.
3rd person POV:
Two friends were peacefully walking down a small path while having a little conversation going. They were talking about things they enjoyed. Like fishing, eating, talking and reading. The two friends were walking along the path until one of them saw something. Something absolutely terrifying. Her eyes grew wide and her face paled. The other friend looked at her confused and turned around only to see exactly the same. They were both horrified.
What they saw was a monster, a demon, it had to be. There was no way that was a human. It was holding an eerie mask with horns and it's clothes looked so old-school. Maybe it was an old evil spirit? Upon further inspection they noticed that it was wounded, a wound on the side and one on the arm.
They were both frozen in place with absolute fear. It felt like time was slowing down. Then suddenly one of them made a break for it. They ran.
The demon immediately heard it and turned around with a piercing glare. The other friend who was still standing there instantly ran for their life. They ran and ran but they didn't know where to. Then they saw their chance of survival. Wangshu Inn. There were people there, people who could help them. Save them.
"PLEASE! PLEASE HELP US!" they ran in, screaming

Alatus/Xiao POV:
I was talking to Verr Goldet when two mortals came bursting in with fearful and wide eyes.
"PLEASE! PLEASE HELP US!" they shouted. I held my hands over my ears since my hearing was more sensitive than a human's.
"Woah, woah, woah. Calm down, what happened?" Verr tried to calm them but it didn't help much, they were still in a panicked state.
"T-there's a monster! A d-demon!!" the girl fumbled over her own words
"A demon?" I asked
"Yes! Yes! A demon, It was so horrifying!"
"Where." it was more of a statement than a question.
"Just- just outside Wangshu Inn..!" the other person answered
And that was all I heard because I had already teleported outside.
Could this be the demon I was looking for?
