"Niiii" she whined walking around the house shaking her hand and biting her lip.
The hand shaking started during pregnancy but im just now picking up on the lip biting.
"Calm down Geni"
"Nique please"
The hand shaking got move violent and her lips were turning red.
"Come here man".
She didn't come so I reached over and pulled her in between my legs.
"What's wrong? Why're you reacting like this?"
Once again, she didn't say anything. She stood in between my legs biting her lips and shaking her hands and starting to fiddle with my fingers.
"Geni"
"I don't know. I honestly don't"
I bring her into a hug and felt as she inhaled then exhaled deeply.
"Now go get ready in the back while I make this shit look.. livable I guess".
I patted her back and she went into the room and I put the couches down and cleaned up some more.
"Do i look presentable?"
She had on one of her old crop tops. The purple one with a yellow smiley face and some shorts that match with the purple in the shirt.
Her hair was in a high bun, edges perfectly did with the swirl sideburns she always does. Mascara slightly thick but unnoticeable unless you stare and highlighter in her eye corners.
"Beautiful" I said leaning the broom against the wall and kissed her forehead.
"I see you blushing girl" I said pinching her cheeks and she playfully pushed my hand away.
"Leave me alone" she joked.
"So.. it look presentable in here?"
Geni looked around the room, left to right examining the space infront of them.
"It has potential"
"So it's bad?"
"Lemme help you. You go get presentable and I'll take over from here?"
"Sure"
She kissed my cheek and I went into the room.
30 mins later
3rd person pov
"Damn they ain't here yet?" Nique asked drying her hair with the towel.
"Surprisingly not"
"Mhm. You want something to eat?" Nique asked going in the refrigerator.
"No. I'm good. Thank you"
Nique rolled her eyes and made a bowl of grapes and topped it with some strawberries, heading back to the living room area with Genii.
"Here you go"
Geni looked at up Nique and smacked her teeth.
"Bae im not hungry"
"You either deal with me or your mom"
Geni took the bowl of fruits and nibbled at them.
"Let's try to get some peace and sanity before he'll come" Nique said turning on her chill playlist.
