"Ate Sienna, which one looks better?" Nathalia asked me, debating between the green dress and the black one.
"The black one," I replied, and she nodded before turning her attention back to the choices in front of her.
We were currently at the mall, right in front of Uniqlo. Nathalia was picking out her outfit, so I decided to tag along since they had just released a bunch of new clothes, perfect for a shopping spree. Danzel was still with us, trailing behind me like a shadow. He's been my partner in crime when it comes to picking out what suits me best.
Akala ko nga nung una maiirita siya, since ibang lalaking kilala ko naiirita pag sobrang tanggal mamili ng kasama nila. Pero siya hindi, he's just patiently waiting for us to finish our shopping, he never complains that he's tired or what.
Si Danzel rin ang may hawak ng basket ko, kinuha niya sa'kin yon kanina para daw makapili ako ng maayos.
"Danz, choose" sabi ko sa kanya at tinaas ang magkaibang design na pants
"The left one" he answered, kaya nilagay ko sa basket yung nasa right, kita ko naman ang pag buka ng bibig niya
"Tinanong mo pa ako" rinig kong bulong niya sabay kamot sa ulo niya.
"May sinasabi ka?" tanong ko sa kanya, agad naman siyang umiling.
After Nathalia made her choice, we headed to a nearby food court because she was craving a snack.
We're just waiting for our orders now. Nathalia went to the restroom, and Danzel is sitting next to me, his arm casually draped over the back of my chair. His face is so close to mine as he peeks over my shoulder, trying to catch a glimpse of what's on my phone.
"Ang chismoso mo" biro ko sa kanya, umanggat naman ang ulo niya at nginitian ako
"Alam mo ba crush na crush ka ni Bella" sabi ko, nawala ang ngiti niya at tuluyang umangat ang ulo.
"What?" Iritadong tanong niya
"Crush na crush ka ni Bella" sabi ko ulit
"I don't care" Sambit niya
"Bat hindi siya ang niligawan mo?" Tanong ko sa kanya
Tumaas naman ang isang sulok ng labi niya na parang hindi siya makapaniwala na sinabi ko yon "What the—what do you mean?"
"And why should I court someone I don't like?"
"The only person I like is the person in front of me, hmm?" He softly said and pulled me closer to him, nilayo ko naman onti ang mukha ko kasi sobrang lapit nito.
"Tinanong ko lang" seryoso kong sabi at umiwas ng tingin, I heard him chuckled.
As his chin nestled upon my shoulder, his arms encircled my waist in a tender embrace. "Don't let jealousy cloud your heart, because my heart belongs solely to you," he murmured softly, igniting a flurry of rapid beats within my chest.
"Ang harot mo Dawson" sabay hawi sa kanya pero hindi siya bumibitaw sakin
"At least sayo lang" proud niyang pang sabi
ABA DAPAT LANG!
"What the... kuya! You're so clingy and malandi pala ah" napatigil kami ng magsalita si Nathalia na ngayon nasa harap na namin galing restroom. Akala ko nung dumating na si Nathalia bibitaw na si Danzel pero hindi nakayakap parin siya!
