𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐋 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 [𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐘 𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐍] 𝟮

-𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗧𝗢 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗪𝗘𝗥𝗦-

It was early in the morning as a certain speedster started to wake up, she glanced next to her to see Barry still sleeping with an arm around her stomach. She carefully pulled away from him, slipping away in time. The speedster gets on her feet as she makes sure he doesn't wake up, letting out a breath of relief, she starts to get ready for the day.

Soon enough she made her way downstairs wearing a red v-neck shirt with black cargo pants and red converse. The speedster made herself a cup of coffee as she made her way to the table to set some things down. Once everything was set, she had an earphone as she entered her first meeting to make sure everything was going great with the company building.

"No, no, that's great-" Y/N tells the board, as she leaned back in her seat with her arms crossed over her chest, "-each floor will be working on different things. But at the same time, I believe we shouldn't stress so much a time with everything being done. The scientist will have their own lab, work on what they have to and if they need time I'll deal with it. The technology that we will be designing there, will be handled with Ethan, everything that has to do with that he deals with it."

"All right, Mrs. Harper-Allen." A woman spoke, "And what about the extra floors, being constructed under the building?"

Y/N takes a sip of her coffee before saying, "That will be something me and Ethan still have to discuss, it's going to be used for things we need. Don't worry about that."

"We understand that privacy-" A man spoke up, "We put trust in you and Ethan. Both, Kaz and Melissa were great people. If this is something you want to keep to yourselves, we won't question it."

"Yes, thank you." The speedster smiles as her phone gaze a small buzz to see a message from Ethan. Y/N sighs and looks back at the computer screen, "And Ethan sends his apologies for not being able to attend this meeting, truly."

"We understand with everything still going on with your situations." A woman said, "He has nothing to worry about, at least we were able to cover most of everything with you. Next time, I hope he's able to join us."

"Yeah, me too." Y/N tells them, "All right, talk to you guys soon. If anything comes up, contact me or Ethan."

"Of course we will, thank you for meeting with us again." The man said.

"No problem." Y/N sends them a small smile before ending the video-call. The speedster takes off the earphone and lets out a breath of relief, "God, never in a million years did I ever think of this as a future."

"Y/N?" Barry called out, from their room.

The speedster looks over at the direction with a nervous look before getting up from her seat and calling out, "I'm coming!"

The girl grabs her phone and rushes to the room, to see Barry sitting up on the bed with a worried look as he asked, "Why did you wake up so early? Did something happen?"

"No, nothing happened." Y/N assures him as she takes a seat on the bed, "I just― I woke up, and had to check something downstairs. Everything's okay, you could go back to sleep."

"Only if you don't go anywhere this time." Barry said with a look as he opened up his arms.

The speedster smiles and leans in to plant a kiss on his lips as he smiled before the two pulled away. She places a hand on his arm and says, "I'm not going anywhere, let me just change back, all right?"

He nods and lays back down as she quickly changed back, in seconds she was back in bed with Barry, his arms around her. Y/N having her head on his chest and an arm wrapped around his torso, and just like that the two fell back asleep.
