-𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗔𝗗 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗢𝗘𝗦 𝗪𝗔𝗟𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚-

"The Monitor?" Cisco looks between the siblings as the team was gathered in the Lounge and they finished telling them about the news. The two were seated on the couch with Iris and Barry, "Where did you see him?"

"In the Time Vault." Y/N replied, leaning back in her seat, "The Crisis that he spoke about last year, it's the same one in the plinth newspaper."

"And it's not coming in 2024." Ethan inhaled deeply, "It's coming December 10, 2019."

Ralph looks between them, "Are you sure about this?"

"The jackass lied to you." Killer Frost shrugs.

"Yeah, we believed the same thing too." Barry spoke up, taking hold of Y/N's hand and interlocking their hands together, "That's why Ethan and Y/N left to Earth-3 to get help from Jay, he proved that it was in fact true."

"How did he do that?" Cisco asked.

"Jay projected Y/N's mind forward into the future." Ethan replies, crossing his arms and looks between them.

"Okay." Cisco nods, looking at the girl, "And what did you see?"

Y/N exhaled deeply and closed her eyes for a moment as she remembered everything she saw, "I saw a giant wave of anti-matter sweeping over Central City, everything in its way, including the everyone in this room."

"Great." Killer Frost stands up, starting to walk off, "I'll go mark my calendar."

"Frost, hey, look we still have weeks to prevent all of this from happening." Ethan calls out, making her stop in her tracks.

"Ethan is right-" Iris says, "We can still change the future before any of this could happen. We had before."

"So what else did our Asgardian cosplayer say?" Ralph asked.

Y/N's gaze quickly met Ethan's, who lightly shook his head just as Ralph's phone buzzes and he takes it out. The girl cleared her throat and scoffs softly, "Nothing. He just said that and― poof."

"It's Joe." Ralph looks up from his phone, "Needs me at CCPD, but that can wait. We― we need to get on this."

"Yeah-" Cisco agrees, "We should spend every minute we have on this."

"No, guys, look, I think we already had enough for one day." Barry tells them, "Let's just go about our routines and deal with this tomorrow with clear heads."

"Okay if you think so." Ralph says, getting up from his seat with Cisco as they started to walk away.

Ethan leans back on the couch, throwing his head back and covers his face with a small groan. Y/N exhales deeply as Barry rubs her back and sighs, "Now what?"

Just then, Killer Frost makes an ice dagger and launches it at the wall before walking behind Cisco and Ralph, leaving the Lounge catching the attention of the group.

"We prepare them for what's to come, have them handle things on their own without having us." Y/N admits, looking at the group, "I think I have a candidate already."

Ethan and Y/N were invited to a crime scene, so they took this chance to get with Killer Frost's training but instead of them going as themselves, they went as Artemis and Electric-Flash. Joe and Barry are already at the scene, the group of three approaching them.

"Joe believes this could've involved a meta-killer, so we're here in favor of Captain Joe West." Ethan tells Killer Frost and she only sighs, "Yo."

"Hey." Joe greets them, "The security guard from a nearby building heard the gunshots, said it sounded like a warzone. We haven't found enough body parts to determine which crew did this."
