A young Liam made his way to the Hall Villains as he looked around to catch sight of every villain there.

Liam's Voice-Over: "As a kid the hall of villains was the part of the museum that always caught my attention. But, there was always one that always scared me. I guess it's normal for children to be afraid of monsters."

Liam looked over at Savitar and Velocity's suit before continuing his way to the Cicada section. He stood in front of the case as he read the newspaper on him, his eyes scanning every word.

"But unlike other monsters, this one had no origin story. No one knew where he came from, or how he got his powers, not even his name. All is known is his alias and the last thing his victims hear is that sound."

Everyone was in the cortex as they were listening to Cicada's heavy breathing. Liam was standing in the middle of the cortex as he was in his suit and looking at the rest of the team.

"But, unlike the others-" Liam exhales deeply, "-he was never caught."

The team glance at one another before Barry asked, "We never catch him?"

"Supergirl, The Legends-" Liam list out as he glanced around the room, "-even The League tried, but no one was successful."

"Probably 'cause he can dampen everybody's powers with that magic friggin' dagger." Ralph points out.

"Not all superhero have powers are metahumans though." Caitlin said, "What about-"

"Green Arrow? Yeah, he tried but-" Liam shakes his head before looking over at Ethan, "Even Damian Wayne tried. Almost had him but, guess you know what happened."

Ethan inhales deeply and he shook his head, "Even Damian? Well, that's how we know this is something different than the others."

"So we're dealing with a metahuman Jack The Ripper." Cisco shakes his head before sarcastically adding, "Amazing."

Y/N sighs and crossed her arms over his chest, "Is there anything else you know about him?"

Liam hesitates for a second, he then places his hands behind his back, "He's― He's just early than expected."

"What do you mean early?" Barry asked.

"It's just in my history, Cicada's first victim was a metahuman named Floyd Belkin." Liam replies, walking towards them, "And he never killed Gridlock or Block. These are completely different victims."

"Because the timeline's changed." Ethan points out.

"Yeah, and now they're dead because of me." Liam sighed deeply.
