"Here's what we know about the cryo-atomizer." Caitlin starts, everyone looking at the screen to where the blueprint showed up. "Tannhauser originally developed it to combat land fires caused by draughts. So the cryo-atomizer can disperse cold air particles into the atmosphere that triggers rainfalls."

Caitlin walks over to her computers, "However, if Cicada can replace the cold particles with the cure prototypes she stole from Cisco-"

"Which doesn't cure so much as it kills." Cisco adds.

"She could infect the entire city." Caitlin sighed.

"And every metahuman in it." Iris mutters, crossing her arms.

Liam glances between his parents as he stands between them with a worried expression. Y/N exhales softly and looks at the others― Cecile and Joe look at one another, Joe holds her close. Ethan shakes his head as he shares a look with Ralph, who looked just as worried like the others.

"Not great but this dark cloud does have a silver lining." Sherloque broke the silence, "Which is if Cicada had everything that she needs to carry out her plan would've already done so."

"He's right." Ralph nods, "She must be missing something or else we'd be done for."

"Yeah, but not for long." Barry said, "She's not gonna waste any time― whatever it is she needs, she's out there looking for it right now."

"Then find it before she does. Figure out what it is." Ethan declares, looking between the team, "Along with giving every metahuman the cure. As soon as possible."

"So― we just up and release some game― changing wonder drug?" Ralph looks at him.

"I mean it's already been tested." Y/N points out, "We know it works. People need this choice now more than ever."

She then looks at her friends, "I mean, do we even have enough for everyone?"

Caitlin shakes her head and Cisco admits, "Not nearly enough."

"Caitlin, how fast can you make more?" Liam questions softly.

"Guess we'll find out." Caitlin replies, walking out of the cortex.

"Okay, okay, good." Cecile nods, "Now we just need to find someplace to distribute it."

"Well, what about CCPD?" Joe suggest, "It's public. Everybody feels safe going there."

"Yeah, but-" Ralph clears his throat, "-gathering that many metas in one place is gonna make it one big target, right?"

"Cicada has the virus and the atomizer." Ethan reminds him, crossing his arms, "We're in a city filled with methumans everywhere― this is as best of plan we can get."

"Well how about this-" Joe says, "You guys make up as much of the cure as you can and Cecile and I will talk to Singh."

The heroes nod and they walk out of the cortex, leaving everyone else there.

"I'm going to warn Renee." Sherloque says and they nod before he walks out of the cortex as well.

"All right, let's track Cicada." Y/N tells the team, "So we'll be ready to face her when we find her."

"Let's take it one step at a time." Cisco starts walking out, "Follow me."

They follow him into his workshop and they spot something familiar. Liam points at it, "Is that the satellite core?"

"That's right." Cisco confirms, "The reflective panels on the mirror gun aren't the only thing we got from the satellite― we also have the core and, of course, the dagger."
