It was a chill spring day- 24th April. The household of Garmadons was quiet. Misako left earlier that morning for work, while Lloyd and Garmadon stayed home.

Garmadon sat peacefully in his chair, tea to his side, while he wrote something with a black inked pen.

Lloyd was laying on the floor, crayons in all colours surrounding him, he spent his time doing what he usually would- drawing.

The two were interrupted by a door bell ring.

Lloyd rushed towards the door- opening it with curiosity.

As the door opens it reveales Wu standing in the doorway.

Lloyd happily brought his uncle inside, taking him to his father.

Garmadon greeted Wu- they sat down together.

Lloyd went back to drawing.

After a while of talking Wu points what he came there for,

"I'm going to the Light forest- I thought of bringing Lloyd with me.."

At the mention of his name Lloyd jumped up and rushed towards the two.

He jumped up and down from the excitement.

"Oh! Can I go, can I go?!"

Garmadon titled his head- he didn't look convinced.

Wu smiled nervously.

"We will only be out for a little while.. you see, I'm in need of shiitake mushrooms. It's their season, and I've heard there's a lot already. I think this can be really educational for Lloyd to learn the beauty of nature.."
He explained.

Garmadon sighed.

"Fine, but get him back by 15:00 PM so he doesn't get sun burned. As well, Lloyd,"

His eyes travel to the young boy.

"Wear a raincoat- it was raining yesterday."

Lloyd nodded- rushing to his bedroom.

Wu and Garmadon stood outside of the house, as Lloyd joined them wearing a small red raincout that covered his whole body like a dress.

Lloyd took Wu's hand and waved his last goodbye to his dad before they took off.

Sun was shining but it was still pretty wet. Wu and Lloyd walked through the forest- in search of the mushrooms.

Something that Lloyd didn't expect was for mushrooms to grow on the floor and not on the trees like most food he liked would.

He was a bit scared of walking into a big pile of grass. He thought something would jump out of there and bite him.

Fear was washed off after a while of mushroom hunting.

Lloyd admired Wu's full basket.

He helped as much as he could, but Wu did most of the work.
