The Intruder pt.1

YN and Luz were sitting in the living room as dark clouds loomed in the sky. YN was leaned against a wall and was reading some notes Amity gave him, since she had to uphold her part of the bet. He smiled to himself as he remembered the mint-haired girl's looked as she gave him the notes. But he was surprised. Her writing actually looked kinda neat and cute? Yeah, that was the word he would be using. Obviously most of the notes were about abominations, but he appreciated every note he was able to get.

Luz held up her phone to record King, who struggled to get his snout out of a sock. "And here we have the most fearsome creature in the world; The king of demons!" She narrated as King grunted and continued to try to get the sock of his snout. "Facing his natural enemy, the ducky sock." He screen panned out to show the duck patterned sock, that was stuck on the small demons snout.

With a grunt he finally managed to free himself from the sock by tearing it to pieces . "Where are you now duck sock?!" He exclaimed while stoming on the remains of the sock. YN looked up from the notes with tired eyes.

"You know. For a king of demons, you have a lot of problems with destroying things." He said before looking back down at the notes. He really didn't take a big break since he got the notes. He wanted to understand every little thing Amity wrote down.

"Don't listen to him." Luz smiled. "You are a very dangerous cute boy!" She exclaimed. "But why did call us here again?" She questioned, tilting her head

"Oh yeah!" King said before he climbed on a dresser with a grunt, Once he rache reache the tope he turned around to face the two teens and pointed a claw at them. "Human Luz and Human Yn. You both have been so obsessed with witchcraft that you haven't learn anything about my kind! Prepare yourself fooor..." The pulled away a curtain to reveal a balckboard filled with pictures and illustrations of various demons. Each one differing in size, shape and form. "Demon 101!" He yelled as he put on a cap and began his lesson. "Demons like me are grim tricksters of the twilight, creatures of sulfur and bone!"

"And cute little paws." Luz cheeckily said. YN on the other hand didn't really pay attention. He only listened to King with half an ear until Luz took away the notebook he looked into. With a confused expression he looked up to see her glaring at him and gesturing to King. 

YN sighed and nodded before taking back the notebook, but putting it to the side, before sitting down next to Luz.

King let out a little sigh before continuing on. "We live only to create chaos and misery. Out only weaknesses are purified water and passive-aggressive comments...sometimes." The small demon muttered the last part  as he pointed at a picture of a demon being mocked by two witches.

"Oh, so you guys are just really sensitive." YN stated, while Luz chuckled slightly.

"Even demons have inner demons, YN" King said before tossing the picture to the side, revealing an illustration of a large demon with long claws on each hand and a spiked turtle shell on it's back. The demon looked like a really intimidating creature. "The most powerful demon of all is the Snaggleback. He's a--"

"Bad boy!" Luz exclaimed and took a picture of the Snaggleback before putting stickers and texts all over it. YN tiredly grinned at her before yawning.

"Luz, pay attention!" King scolded the girl, who was busy using her phone. "This information could save your life someday."

"Yeah Lu. At least let our teacher finish his lesson." YN said, bumping Luz' shoulder.
