Hootys Moving Hassle Pt. 2

"Hello halfling." Nhil said with his eyes closed. His head lied on his front legs. Yn looked at the dragon with a smiled.

"Haha! It worked..." Yn cheered pumping his fists into the air as he jumped on the spot, before realizing something. "...wait. What do you mean by" cut off my soul from my body"?" Yn asked looking and the Dragon in front of him with wide eyes.

"Exactly what I said." The dragon growled. "The spell you used to get into contact with me severes your soul from your real and puts it into a spare Body before sendimg you to the place you want to be. And since you used my artifact to determine the location, you got brought here."

"So my real body is just laying in this cave and could possibly get eaten by a random demon?!" Yn exclaimed loudly, his voice echoing several times before fading out.

"No. Your body just lies there, yes. But you wont get eaten by a demon... If you put the magical circle on the ground." Nhil said, lifting his head as he looked at the boy with orange eyes.

"Okay, I did." Yn said relieved.

"So what do you want?" The dragon asked, still looking at the boy.

"Oh yeah." Yn said, looking back at the Dragon. "I just wanted to visit a friend... And I have some questions to ask."

"Well, I don't have anything better to do. So let me hear these questions." Nhil put his head back onto his front legs as Yn sat down in front of him. "So ask away."

"Alright, I'll keep the most important question for last. Tell me about your kind first!" Yn excitedly said, leaning forward.

"You want to know about us dragons? Well, then. We dragons are magical creatures but we are not related to demons or witches. We are our own thing like Titans and the Children of the Stars." Nhil began to explain. Yn wanted to take notes, but sadly wasn't able to because of the whole soul Thing.

"There are two types of true Dragons that all vary in appearances. You have the Serpentine Dragons and Non-Serpentine Dragons like me. All non Serpentine Dragons have four legs and two wings. We can either bei fully scaled or fully feathered." The Dragon continued. "Some Dragons even have tendrils that resemble mustaches. But all of us Dragon have have venom glands in our claws and canine teeth."

"Alright. Nhil, I'm sorry, it is pretty cool to learn about the appearances of Dragons... But I kind of wanted to know more about Magic. Like can I only use Magic Like witches? Or do Dragons have their own kind of magic, that I could tap in? And If yes... Can you teach me some spells?" Yn asked with a shy smile.

Nhil looked at the boy before sighing. "Yes, we do have our own small things."

Yns eyes lit up. "Teach me!" He quickly demanded.

"Well... I'm not sure if you can even use it...Because we dragons don't have bile sacs like you witches." Nhil stated. "Our Magic comes from our blood. Literally. That's why our whole body is magical. And we could even use magic in the Human realm. Much weaker, yes. But still strong enough. But I don't think you have Dragon's Blood in you.." He said but quickly sighed when he saw the boys Expression Fall.. "But we can try." The Dragon stood up with a grunt, making the ground shake es he did.
