Race walked into the room where everybody sleeps. He had left Albert and Finch in the spare room. Race crawled out the window onto the fire escape and climbed up onto the roof.

Race started thinking about Spot again. There where a lot of things to think about when it came to Spot. The one thing that Race couldn't get out of his head was that knife. Race didn't have the guts to confront and ask Spot about it. Why would Spot do that? He's the literal King Of Brooklyn. Race's mind then wondered to his brother. His big brother that he loved so much, his big brother that sacrificed his life for Race. He started to hum a song, then ended up singing it, it was the song that his brother would always sing to him.

My mother said I'm too romantic
She said, "You're dancing in the movies"
I almost started to believe her
Then I saw you and I knew
Maybe it's 'cause I got a little bit older
Maybe it's all that I've been through
I'd like to think it's how you lean on my shoulder
And how I see myself with youI don't say a word
But still, you take my breath and steal the things I know
There you go, saving me from out of the coldFire on fire would normally kill us
But this much desire, together, we're winners
They say that we're out of control and some say we're sinners
But don't let them ruin our beautiful rhythms
'Cause when you unfold me and tell me you love me
And look in my eyes
You are perfection, my only direction
It's fire on fire, mmm
It's fire on fireWhen we fight, we fight like lions
But then we love and feel the truth
We lose our minds in a city of roses
We won't abide by any rulesI don't say a word
But still, you take my breath and steal the things I know
There you go, saving me from out of the coldFire on fire would normally kill us
But this much desire, together, we're winners
They say that we're out of control and some say we're sinners
But don't let them ruin our beautiful rhythms
'Cause when you unfold me and tell me you love me
And look in my eyes
You are perfection, my only direction
It's fire on fire, oh
It's fire on fireFire on fire would normally kill us
But this much desire, together, we're winners
They say that we're out of control and some say we're sinners
But don't let them ruin our beautiful rhythmsFire on fire would normally kill us
But this much desire, together, we're winners
They say that we're out of control and some say we're sinners
But don't let them ruin our beautiful rhythms
'Cause when you unfold me and tell me you love me
And look in my eyes
You are perfection, my only direction
It's fire on fireYou are perfection, my only direction
It's fire on fire

Race had finished the song. He loved that song very much. The whole time he thought about Spot.

Race climbed down onto the fire escape and back into the window. Thankfully he hadn't woken anybody. Race snuck into bed and thought about Spot. He thought about every single part of Spot. To the gambler, Spot was perfect.

Race couldn't wait to see Spot tomorrow. What Race didn't know is that he won't be seeing Spot tomorrow.

Because Spot is fighting for his life, while the water is drowning him out piece by piece.
