I was awakened by a light tap on my shoulder. As I opened my eyes the flight stewardess came into focus.

"Sorry to wake you dear, but we are going to be arriving in half an hour."

"Oh, okay, thanks." I responded with a yawn.

I sat up stretching my arms upward trying to shake my sleepiness off. As I did, a blanket started to slip towards the floor. I grabbed at it before it could fall on the floor. Where did this come from, I thought to myself. When did I even fall asleep was the better question? In that moment I realized that my earbuds were missing. I stood up out of the seats and spotted them right away on the middle seat. Somehow or another they ended up underneath me. After I found them, I began looking for my glasses. I couldn't find them. I started to panic thinking I lost my glasses but then I remembered that I wore my contacts just in case. I sighed in relief.

Having everything back in its place, I continued to stretch cracking my back with a twist from side to side. Directly after I left my row of seats and made my way down the aisle towards the bathroom. Thankfully one was available because the closer I got to it the more I realized I had to pee like badly. After I finished using the restroom and washing my hands, I looked in the mirror. My hair was a mess. I wet my hands a bit and ran them through my hair trying to manage some of the frizz, but it was no use. I officially had bed head. Thankfully, I had curly hair, so I just threw it up into a messy bun on top of my head.

I left the bathroom and made my way back to my seat. I spotted the blanket that almost fell to the ground when I first woke up and picked it up. I held it out in front of me taking a closer look at it. It was sky blue with a Koala smiling and waving in the center of it. It was cute. I folded it up and set it in the seat next to me. I moved to the aisle seat and waved to the flight attendant who was seated adjacent to me.

"Excuse me ma'am."

"Yes?"

"I just wanted to thank you for the blanket. I folded it up. Do I give it to you to take back?"

Her eyebrows scrunched together in confusion but then softened as she broke out into a smile.

"Oh, no that is okay dear. You can keep it. Consider it a souvenir."

"Are you sure? I don't want you to get in trouble for giving me this."

"It's fine." She smiled out.

"Thank you. I'm Adeline by the way. What is your name?"

"Nice to meet you, Adeline. I'm Misoo."

"To be honest, I'm not even sure when I fell asleep."

"If I remember correctly, it was the moment you leaned back and closed your eyes because not shortly after you slid sideways and stretched across the seats." She said with a soft chuckle.

My mouth dropped open at the realization that I slept the whole flight practically.

"Seriously? I can't believe I slept so long. No wonder I had to pee so badly."

I covered my mouth shyly as I apologized for my last statement which Misoo waved off.

"You aren't the first nor the last one to sleep the whole flight. It will help you in the long run since we are now a day ahead than what we were when we left and since it is morning here now you will probably be able to sleep tonight."

"That is true I suppose."

Our conversation was interrupted as the seat belt light flashed to on. I moved back to my seat by the window buckling my belt. The intercom crackled to indicate an announcement was coming. The pilot informed us that we would be approaching our descent so to remain in our seats until we come to a landing.
