1 YEAR LATER

Harry started clapping and I smiled at him, then took his hand and we danced together.

I am happy and so are my children. We laugh a lot, the good days outweigh anything that can be thrown at us. Well some days. We moved to Cape Town, I made one risky move and took out a home loan then bought myself a town house and rented it out. The home loan was being paid by the money that comes from the rent. So I basically owned two homes, they were solely mine. Andrew bought me a Range Rover for our 3 year anniversary and 5% shares to his company. My children were happy, Luna was now 12 and God! was she not a loud mouth. I love how she is though, I love her so much and I am always happy to know that I outdid myself when it comes to her. Harry is the light of my life, he is my big boy. I love my children. I think the best gift God ever gave me is motherhood. My father loves that we are near, not more than Luna. Those two are inseparable. They still speak on the phone for hours, Harry would beg for a chance until he gives up. I am not pregnant but I did stick to being a stay at home wife. I love every minute of it. I love taking my children to school, watching Luna's hockey games or swimming gala. I never miss a tennis match, I help with homework and I am involved in things that happens in her school and she loves it when I sign up to help at the events. I am not saying I figured everything out overnight but I stopped taking pills and gave myself the benefit of the doubt. I jog in the mornings, go to the gym and found myself a therapist that I see once a week. Andrew and I were good, we were happy. My friends? They were great too, tonight we are going to Bongi's birthday dinner.

Luna" Ready"
Me" Dance party is over, we are dropping off Harry first then you"
Harry" Yes!!!"
Luna" Okay, can I please get my permission slips signed"
Me" Done, in your bag. Let's go, we taking the cool car today"

The cool car is Andrew's Bentley, he is in Pretoria so he won't even know. He only returns later.

Music is my love language and I know it may be strange but my children know I express myself through music. We bond through music and they know we will dance together and listen to sad songs together.
Me" Hahaha fine"
I played Doja Cat's Woman, then we finally left. Drop off is always easy. Harry sprints out of the car and I follow just to check if he is safe, then he comes and hugs me then goes back inside. Then I take Luna, I walk her to the gate and she hugs me then tells me to not be late and bring her snack when I fetch her. I go to the gym then go back home.

I said staring at my husband who had a huge smile on his face.
Andrew" Surprise"
Me" Definitely and I appreciate it"
Andrew" It gets better"
" The Walsh group is finally ready and all legal paperwork is filled, your husband doesn't have to travel to Pretoria again"

We kissed and I pulled away to stare at him, like this man is my husband.
" What's wrong?"

Me" I am dropping off your little monsters to your mother's house and we will be partying all night"

Andrew gives me 15k a month, that covers whatever the kids need. Like entertainment, and petrol for whenever we attend Luna's things. My lunch dates and whatever crap I need. Then the house manager does the grocery shopping. Our agreement was him matching my salary before we got married.
Andrew" I need to make a reservation for us, you probably want to change so go ahead while I reserve a table"

My Instagram content since being Mrs Walsh? Hay shame. I don't even wanna lie, if I had haters they were hating on me even more. My husband and I walked in hand in hand at Gigi's laughing at something Harry told him and he was sharing the story with me.

We also ordered starters and then we started chatting about plans to go on holiday as a family. Including both our families.

We both looked at the woman with long blonde hair and grey eyes that stared at my husband like they've seen each other naked.

She squeezed his shoulder and left. I knew she was letting it be known and she wanted to to also know.
