"Psst." Ari hears JJ call her from behind her. Ari rolls her eyes and leans back keeping her eyes on their teacher Mr.Sun. "What's number 10 again?""J, baby, really?" Ari whispers back to her boyfriend. "I've told you over 3 times already."
"I'm sorry." JJ apologizes. "Can you just slide your paper to the side a bit so I could see?"
"You're so lucky I'm in love with you." Ari mutters moving her paper to the side for JJ to see.
Now, Ari wasn't a bad student, not at all. She was a great one as a matter of fact. Ari has never failed a class, she always at 80s and above, after Pope she was definitely the smartest in the group.
Ari glances back at her boyfriend who was all the way at the end of his seat, at any moment the boy would fall. "JJ, you're gonna fall."
"No, I'm—."
Before he could finish his sentence the boy falls face first to the floor, the desk going down right with him. Ari covers her mouth stifling her laughter as she moves her paper back before her teacher could see her.
Mr.Sunn turns toward the blonde on the floor, giving him a disappointed and unimpressed look. He goes to approach him, but stops when there was a knock on the door.
With his back turned, Ari takes his paper from the floor and circles the answer choices before giving it to JJ who picked himself up. JJ bends down placing a big kiss on his girlfriend's cheek making the others around them awe in the inside...well besides Kie.
"Mr. Sunn, can I borrow Pope for a minute?" There at the door was a asian man wearing a suit, his hair gelled back. He definitely wasn't from the cut, that's for sure.
Mr.Sunn glances at Pope who was looking at the man at the door warily. "We're in the middle of a test."
"I'm from the Vanderhorst Foundation."
"Oh my god." Ari gasps in shock at the name.
"Mr. Heyward, it's for you."
Ari could see how nervous her best friend was. He looked very unsure. Their eyes met and Ari gave him a nod. "Pope, go. You have to see what they want."
Pope nods and gets up following the man out the room. The door closes and their out of sight. Ari goes back to her test finishing up whatever questions she had left to do. She hands it to her teacher, JJ not too far after.
"JJ, did you finish by yourself? Or did you have a certain someone's help?" Mr.Sunn glances at Ari who was biting her lip to stop herself from laughing.
"Me? Ask for help on a test." JJ scoffs. "That's cheating, Mr.Sunn."
"So, did you cheat, Mr.Maybank?"
"How dare you ask me such a thing?" JJ acts hurts, placing a hand on his chest. "I studied for this and—."
"Just sit down, JJ."
"Gladly." JJ grins and goes back to his seat giving his girlfriend a wink.
Suddenly the door to the class room opens abruptly and in comes Pope rushing to his desk. The 3 Pogues eye the Heyward boy, they can see how agitated he is. He plays with a envelope in his hands.
"Okay, what was that?" Kie asks the boy in a low tone.
Pope doesn't say anything, he only shows the the three the back on the envelope, more specifically the stamp. A wheat symbol was on the stamp.
"Is that the wheat symbol?"
"Yeah." Pope nods.
"What the f--." JJ basically yells getting the attention of everyone in the classroom including Mr.Sunn who raised his eyebrows at JJ. "fu... fu... fudge?"
