Everyone was running with the hospital bed Jerry was strapped in. He had gotten into Rick's drawer in the freezer.
"Don't you worry about Jerry. He's gonna be fine," Lily said to assure her daughter and grandkids.
"You hear me, Jerry?" Rick said to his son-in-law that is a paleish green with green stuff coming out of his mouth and eyes. "You're gonna be just fine." Jerry suddenly threw up a bunch of green stuff.
"Woah!" Morty said, avoiding it.
"Ooh, watch out for that stuff," Lil said.
"It'll stain if it gets on your clothes, and it'll send you into a murderous rage if it gets in your eyes or mouth," Rick explained.
"Why would you keep mutant bacteria in a pint of Cherry Garcia?" Beth asked her father.
"I know this isn't the time, but, you know, technically, the second drawer is mine," Rick pointed out and Beth gave her father a look.
"Not anymore," She said, pointing at him,
"You're overreacting!" Rick said.
"We're losing him," A nurse said as Jerry's monitor started going off.
"All right, fine, but you're not touching my crispers," Rick agreed, crossing his arms.
"Is he going to die?" Summer asked the nurse.
"Don't worry. Dr. Glip Glob is the best doctor in the galaxy." The nurse said, trying to assure her. They reached another door and Dr. Glip Glob just walked out casually.
"Hello, I'm Dr. Glip Glob." Jerry sat up suddenly and threw up more green stuff. It hit Dr. Glip Glob directly in both his eyes and mouth. He started growling suddenly and charging towards them.
"Oh my god! Oh my god!" Morty yelled. "Aah!" Rick shot the doctor before he could do anything. Beth glared at him a bit.
"What? Every hospital claims to have the best doctor in the ga *burps* laxy," Rick said, defending himself. "It's like those pizza places that claim to have the best pizza in the world. What do you think, they have pizza contests?"
"Go in the waiting room, Dad," Beth said.
"Fine!" Rick said, walking away with Summer and Morty.
"Do you want me to go too, sweetie?" Lily asked.
"Can you stay with me? Just while i get everything together for Jerry," Beth asked. Lily smiled softly.
"Of course, sweetie." Lily stayed with Beth and helped her with filling out the paperwork, explaining some of the questions the form was asking to her daughter. Once they were finished, they both started heading over towards the waiting room. As they were walking over to the rest of their family, they heard Rick explaining something to Morty.
"If that guy catches you with a box of his eyeholes, he comes bursting in through a window and starts kicking the shit out of you." Lily gestured for Beth to sit and stood by Rick. "But it's worth it the risk. They melt in your mouth, Morty. They're delicious."
"Dad, I can't believe you're explaining alien cereal. We're worried about Jerry," Beth said, sitting down.
"Well, you're 39 years too late," Rick said. "Or, you know, how ever old he is. Is he- Is he 50? Jesus Christ. Beth, is Jerry 50?" Lily pinched her nose.
"No, he's not 50, Rick. I'm going to walk around for a bit. Anyone want anything? They all told her no and she nodded. She walked around until she found a quiet spot to sit and think. She was thinking back to a conversation her and Rick were having before having to come here
