He could feel it. Even with his eyes shut, even with his hat gently cupping his face, he could feel her gaze. It was unsure to him if he enjoyed it or not; whether it was the fact she blatantly denies it or she'll continue after pretending not to. Her gaze was never off him for long and the more it continued, the more Law found himself reviling in it. Almost as if, he wanted her gaze on him, as if he wanted her to only see him.

The more it continued, the more he enjoyed it.

That damn gaze.

Flicking the brim of his hat, pushing it above his eyes, barely catching her head turn; Law smirked. "I saw that." He chuckled. Shuffling into Beppo to get comfortable. Backing away from the railing, [Name] rolled her eyes. Clearly telling him he was wrong. This was almost a daily occurrence, if not hourly, Law telling her that he saw her and [Name] telling him he was wrong. "You're not as sly as you think you are."

"I don't know what you're talking about."

"I see."

As I said, this was an hourly occurrence.

As the day went on, [name] did her best to avoid law, so far she had been successful; yet dinner time was just around the corner. There was no avoiding it now. [Name] hid on the back of the ship, the perfect place to stay out of view. Watching the calm sea, the flock of birds that would flap by and the odd fish that would jump above the water. It all seemed very still.

"DINNER!"

Fuck.

She could wait. Of course she could. Although, she would never hear the end of it from Law.

Dinner it was then.

Entering the galley, it was quiet, surprisingly. As her eyes caught Law in the chair facing away from her, she took a deep breath. She could do this, surely. It will be fine. Penguin was too busy chatting away to the man for him to even notice her, not that he was even answering back. Taking a plate of food, [Name] sat across from the two, sitting next to Bepo.

"Anyway, what about this island?" Law finally spoke, a sigh to his words as he poked and prodded at his food. Penguin was ruining his eating with this conversation. As if the words were the key to unlocking a bundle of energy within Penguin, the poor man began to visibly shake in his seat.

"That! The island! It is beautiful!" Penguin chirped, beaming with excitement. "It was years ago since I was there, so it has probably changed. But the people are lovely, their prices are cheap to tourists because, get this, they just want people to experience their stuff. Can you imagine the amount of foods we can get for that cheap of a price? We could get double the amount we usually get for probably the same price."

"Wait, that's kind of amazing." [Name] spoke up, quietly eating her food. Law's head snapped towards her, as if he didn't even notice she was there. Smirking at the man, she turned her attention back to Penguin. "All the stuff we could get, all the resources?"
