3rd Person POV

"Come in." Ozpin stood up from his chair while Glynda and Ironwood were in front of him when the door opened. "Ah! Sorry it took so long. Someone accidentally hit all the buttons on the elevator on the way up here...it wasn't me" Ruby said walking into the headmaster's office.  "Thank you for coming Ruby, how are you feeling?" Mop head asked the girl. "Okay, I guess." She replied. "I'd feel better if my bad-guy catching record wasn't 0-3." She continued slightly chuckling receiving nothing from the adults.

"Okay so that's the tone we're going for got it..." She meekly said scratching the back of her head. "Ruby, I feel it's appropriate to let you know that I think what you did last night is exactly what being a huntress is all about. You recognized a threat, you took action, and did the very best you could." Ironwood said walking up to Ruby putting a hand on her shoulder. "Thank you sir." Ruby responded looking up at the man. "Now, the general here has already informed us of the events that, transpired last night. But now that you've rested we were wondering if you had anything to add." Ozpin told the girl.

"Was anyone else with her? Did she look familiar to you at all?" Glynda asked and Ruby looked off to the side. "I....I don't know. She was wearing a mask. And she never said anything to me, but I know she fought with glass. I don't think that was her semblance though. Her clothing lit up whenever she attacked." Ruby explained. "Save for the glass, that sounds like the woman I fought the night we met Ruby." Glynda said.

"Embedding dust into clothing is an age-old technique. It could been anyone." Ironwood said turning around before Ruby asked. "Wait, you think this girl is connected to Torchwick and the White Fang?" "It's possible. But we still lack the required evidence to link the two together." Ozpin said. "Actually I-I think I remember her saying something about a hideout or something...in the Southeast. Just outside the kingdom." Ruby said pointing behind her. "Interesting." Ozpin smiled. "I thought you said the intruder would never-"Glynda was cut off by Ozpin stepping up. "Thank you for your cooperation Ruby. Why don't you go and spend some time with your team? You have a big day ahead of you." Ozpin suggested. "Anytime." Ruby was about to walk away. "And miss Rose, please try and be, discreet about this matter.." Ozpin tells her and Ruby responds with a "Yes sir." Before exiting the office.

"Apparently Kazan is gonna be coming over around this week for the Vytal festival." Y/n said looking at the conversation  she just had with her older brother. "Really? Isn't there still a month left before the festival starts?" Tomo said from their bed while they were painting their nails and Y/n shrugs. "He's probably just too excited and maybe because he wants to "spend time with his favorite little sister"." Y/n said doing air quotes. 

 "Remind me why I have to stay here again?!" Rem yelled at them from the corner of the dorm. "For spilling your fucking juice on my suit on purpose you dipshit." Tomo said back finishing painting his nails. "Will all the first year students please report to the amphitheater." Glynda said over the PA.

"Quiet, quiet please." Glynda said as students start to enter the amphitheater. "Professor Ozpin would like to share a few words before we begin." Glynda announced walking away as Ozpin took her place. "Today we stand together, united, Mistral, Atlas, Vacuo, Vale the four kingdoms of remnant on this day nearly 80 years ago the largest war recorded in history came to an end. It was a war of ignorance, of greed, and of oppression. A war that was about much more than where borders fell or who traded with whom but about the very idea of individuality itself. We fought for countless reasons one of which being the destruction of all forms of art and self expression and as all as you well aware that was something many could not stand for. As a result, those who apposed this tyranny began naming their children after one of the core aspects of art itself, color it was their way to demonstrate that not only they refuse to tolerate oppression, neither with the generations to come and was a trend to be held to this very day we encourage individuality, expressionism, and unity through diversity. As I have said, today we stand together united. But this bond cannot without effort which is why today the world celebrates it's peace, huntsman and huntresses will work to uphold it. As first year students you will be tasked on shadowing a professional huntsman or huntress in mission, some of you will maybe taken away from the kingdom for several days others may work for the rest of the week, but no matter which path you chose. Remember to safe, remember your training and remember to do your very best." Ozpin then walked away after his speech. 

"This is perfect. All we have to do is shadow a huntsman working in the Southeast." Ruby excitedly said. "Yeah! We'll follow them around by day and give them the slip at night." Yang said. "Let's check "Search and destroy"." Weiss suggested, her teammates nodded and walked over to the mission assigning thingy. "Quadrant five needs grimm cleared out." Ruby read the mission. "Well, it's in the southeast." Blake pointed out "Sounds prefect." Yang said while Ruby typed their team name on the thing, but they we're denied. "Wonderful." Weiss said being sarcastic as usual.  "Any other ideas?" Blake asked. "We mail ourselves there." Ruby suggestion. "Well that's one option." Ozpin said appearing.

"Well, well well if it isn't my favorite baby sister!" A man with h/c hair, similar to y/n's said as t/n walked out of the amphitheater. "Oh shit you meant today." Y/n said wide eyed as RWBY walked out of the aiptheater too. "So have you got a girlfriend yet?" Kazan asked making Y/n's face instantly turn red. "W-what?! N-no, not yet." She replied. "Yet?" Her older brother grinned. "Oh shut up! Why are you even here?!" Y/n angrily said, still red. "Awh, can't a big bro hangout with their baby sister?" He said pinching Y/n's cheek, that's when Y/n realized that RWBY was there. 

"God I hate you so much." Y/n mumbled making Kazan chuckle and let go of her cheek. "Okay I gotta go see my partner, bye lil sis!"  He said before teleporting away then Y/n turned back to her friends. "I am so fucking sorry you had to see that." She said covering her face with her hands. "Oh don't worry it was cute." Yang winked at Y/n with a smirk before walking away, making Y/n's face as red as Pyrrha's hair. "I wanna kill myself." She mumbled.

"Hey team CVFY's back!" A random ass student said walking over to the second years. "Velvet? Are you okay?" Blake asked the bunny faunus. "I'm fine, I had Yatsuhashi to look out for me." Velvet said gesturing to the taller boy passing by her. "Your mission was supposed to end a week ago. What happened?" Weiss worriedly asked. "N-nothing happened. It was just, there was so many. Oh but don't worry, you first years are just shadowing huntsmen so you should be fine.

"Wait you're the huntsman we're shadowing?!" Y/n stared at her brother in shock. "Surprise!" He smiled putting an arm around Y/n's neck before ruffling her hair making her groan. "This is gonna be a the worst week in my entire life." She said
