Catelyn Stark rode into Winterfell on horse back while Jaehaerys' dragon, Rhaegon, rode above them, protecting them. She had both of Robb's children with her, one bundled in a blanket and the other seated in front of her.
She stopped her horse and looked around. Home. She thought. She nodded her head towards a few men who glanced at her oddly.
"Forgive me, malady, but who might you be?" She heard someone ask. Rhaegon screeched above and she looked up to see him land on the side of the castle, making Sansa come outside.
When she saw her mother, her trembling hand covered her mouth. She gathered her skirts and rushed down the stairs.
"Mother." She cried out. Her arms wrapped around her mother tightly. Lyanna clung to Catelyn's leg while the youngest babe laid asleep in her arms.
She'd gathered a few gray hairs over the years, and she was glad to see her children were alive.
"Where is Rickon? And Brandon?" She asked Sansa. Sansa looked at her mother grimly.
"Rickon died in the Battle of the Bastards. Ramsey Bolton murdered him." She told her. Catelyn felt a sob grow in her throat and Sansa held her tightly.
"This isn't how it's supposed to be." She cried out. Until she heard footsteps approach behind her.
She turned around to face Brienne, the trusted knight sworn to protect her daughters.
"Brienne?" She whispered as if she didn't believe it. She wrapped her arms around Lady Stark and held tightly.
"I'm so sorry I didn't protect you. I meant to," Catelyn cut her off.
"You'd be dead. You protected my daughter. That's all I could ever ask for." She said and gave the taller lady another hug.
"Are these my nieces?" Sansa asked. She bent down to their level and Lyanna hid behind Catelyn.
"Yes, this is Lyanna," she pointed to the young girl clinging to her leg, "and this is Visenya." She said and laid the babe in Sansa's arms.
"They're beautiful." Sansa smiled down at her niece. She was beautiful, much like Jaehaerys. Lyanna looked a lot like Robb, but with Jaehaerys' eyes.
"Robb is not home. He travelled south with Jon, to Dragonstone." Sansa told Catelyn. Catelyn looked at her daughter again, not believing it was real that she was right in front of her.
"I know, dear. They sent a raven." Catelyn held Lyanna's hand and walked her towards the castle.
"You must be tired after your journey, mother. Let me have someone draw a bath for you." Sansa asked and Catelyn nodded. Sansa could tell this was only a shell of her mother. She knew her mother had been through a lot, but she never expected the spirit to be cut out of her.
"That would be nice, darling." She whispered and walked towards her old chambers. Sansa had her stuff taken from the lord's chambers the moment she'd found out she'd be returning.

Jon was furious. Daenerys was against helping them. And it seemed as though Robb was angry as well.
Jaehaerys felt lonely. Lonelier than she'd felt in a long while. She missed her children. And Robb being distant wasn't helping any. She missed him terribly.

Daenerys, Tyrion, Missandei, and Varys along with Jaehaerys stood around the painted table of Dragonstone. Jaehaerys let her fingers run over the map.
"We need to find Euron Greyjoy's fleet and sink it." Daenerys told them. Jaehaerys had hardly been paying attention. Daenerys noticed that something had been bothering her rather badly.
"Your Grace, he's already destroyed a good portion of our fleet. To send our remaining ships after him," Varys started saying, but Daenerys interrupted, "I'm not talking about sending our ships after him."
Daenerys paused and looked at her advisors and then to her sister. Jaehaerys raised a brow.
"But you'll have to go yourself. Euron's ships could be anywhere or in more than one place. You'd be flying around the open seas alone for who knows how long." Tyrion pointed out and Jaehaerys sighed heavily.
"I wouldn't be alone. I'd have Drogon, Viserion and Rhaegal. What can anyone do to them?" Daenerys asked.
"She wouldn't be alone. I'd be with her, too." Jaehaerys told them. Tyrion's eyes widened and he looked down at the map.
"They can still do something to you, both of you. It only takes one arrow." Missandei explained. Tyrion knew if something happened to Jaehaerys they would lose Robb Stark's support and therefore Jon's.
"It's too great a risk. Both of you are too important." Tyrion pleaded.

Daenerys looked down at the table and thought of an idea.
"What about Casterly Rock?" She asked.
"The Unsullied will be there soon." Varys told her. Jaehaerys looked over and let her fingers touch the place of Winterfell on the map.
"And what will they face?" Missandei asked Varys. He gave her a grim look.
"A difficult situation. They know we're coming." He warned her.
"Yes. Cersei believes my sole purpose in life is to destroy House Lannister. She will be ready." Tyrion joked but was true in his statement.
"No one has ever taken the rock." Tyrion explained.
"The Lannister army is still the army my father built. Well trained and well provisioned. 10,000 men at least. They will see us coming." Tyrion strategized.
"They will be ready." Tyrion warned them all. He knew talking Daenerys out of whatever she was planning was pointless.
"The gates of Casterly Rock are impregnable." Tyrion said, "The fight up the walls will be hard. We'll be at a disadvantage. Many men will die."
But Tyrion walked around the table. He looked at the painted table harder as they all did.
"Interesting thing about my father. He built our house up from near ruin. He built our army. He built Casterly Rock as we know it, but he didn't build the sewers. That was beneath him. So he gave the job to the lowest person he could find. Me. He was right. I was low. The company I kept low, women mostly. They weren't welcome at the Rock. Father disapproved of that sort of behavior. I couldn't walk them through the front gates. I couldn't have them in my chambers. So in the process of building the sewers I threw in something for myself." He started to come up with a new battle plan, one that would work better, easier.
"It was a passage that began by the sea and ended beneath one of the main guard towers." Tyrion pointed to a spot on the map.
" No better place for low pursuits. Casterly Rock, the impregnable fortress." He laughed. Jaehaerys looked at him oddly and he coughed, clearing his throat.
"As a good friend of mine once said, "give me 10 good men and I'll impregnate the bitch."" Jaehaerys scoffed and shook her head.
"And so it begins. They will face the bulk of the Lannister forces. They will be outnumbered. They will have less armor and fewer weapons." Tyrion told them exactly how the battle would go.
"But as my sister's armies fights for her, the Unsullied will be fighting for something greater. They will be fighting for freedom and the person who gave it to them. They will be fighting for you. And that is why they will triump."

Catelyn Stark remembered what it was like before they all rode south. She remembered how happy her children were, what they were doing, how Bran would climb the towers and she only wished she could go back there.
"Mother." Sansa looked rather happy, and Catelyn looked at her.
Lyanna was playing with several toys the children had when they were younger. Visenya was laying sound asleep in her crib.
"Bran is home." She said and Catelyn stood to her feet happily.
"Where?" She asked. Sansa chuckled and stood behind to watch the children.
"In the godswood."
