As my eyes scanned over the scroll one last time, I handed it to Daenerys. She wouldn't understand fully, but I don't follow her. I follow my husband.
"I must go." I explained and looked out beyond the window to see the sun setting over the water.
"I know." Daenerys told her. She wasn't happy over the idea of her sister marching into battle. Not after what she's been through.
"The battle may well be over by the time we get there." Robb told them. He was upset about his brother's letter.
Jaehaerys knew what needed to be done, and she knew only her dragons could help them. But Robb being there would pose a problem for them.
"You're the true born son of Ned Stark, the real warden of the north. They will listen to you." Jaehaerys told Robb.
They'd been discussing on when to leave and if they should bring an army. Daenerys was against it. She wanted her sister safe, away from anyone that could hurt her again.
"We will bring my dragons. We will win. This man, Ramsey Bolton, raped your sister, and murdered our men." Robb nodded and looked to his mother.
"I will watch over the children. They will come to no harm with me." She promised. Catelyn Stark loved her grandchildren just as much as her children.
"I assure you, sister. They are my flesh, Fire and blood. We will protect them with our lives." Daenerys promised.

Robb held their little girls in his arms once more before following after Jaehaerys. Robael was awaiting his mother, and Robb let a hand run through his messy hair.
"All these years and I'm still amazed by them." He said as he watched Jaehaerys climb on to the biggest dragon. His blue scales were still the color of Robb's eyes.
Robb climbed on behind her and gulped. He'd always thought himself to be brave, but each time he got on a dragon, the bigger it seemed it was.
"They never stop growing." Robb told Jaehaerys. She laughed and shook her head.
"Just hold on tight."

The air around them was much colder than Jaehaerys remembered. She'd been in a summer dress instead of one with fur, and had come to realize she was freezing. Robb's arms hadn't given her any warmth nor did Robael.
Arys and Rhaegon flew next to her. Jaehaerys was hoping her body wouldn't give out, they'd been traveling for days.
Robb's eyes widened and his heart started thumping at the sight of Winterfell. It'd been so long. He no longer felt like he deserved to be there.
Grey Wind, along with Drako and a few Dothraki, we're riding into the war camp on horse back and foot.
"I see the camp!" Robb pointed out and Jaehaerys leaned the dragons forward, fearing the reaction of the people below them.

Meanwhile, the men of Jon's camp looked up in shock and fear as they saw dragons flying above them.
"Bloody hell." Tormund spoke, a large red headed man who stood beside Jon said.
"Jaehaerys." Jon whispered. His heart swelled at the sight of the dragons and he knew it was her.
"Stand down! Lower your weapons!" He ordered. Everyone backed away and allowed the dragons to land. Sansa ran out of the tent she was in and almost fell to her knees at the sight in front of her.
"Robb?" Jon whispered. Robb's curly auburn hair stood out amongst the snow and he slid off of Robael with ease.
Grey Wind approached from behind him and he walked closer to Jon and Sansa. When Sansa registered it was her big brother, she ran towards him and he grabbed her in a hug. His strong arms wrapped around her tightly.
"We thought you were dead! We thought you were dead!" She cried and Robb smiled.
"Not quite."
When Sansa finally let go and wiped her tears, Jon grabbed Robb in a tight hug.
"Thank the gods. I've missed you, Stark." Jon smiled through tears and everyone around them bowed before the Targaryen as she walked towards them. Her silver hair blended in with the snow, but her violet eyes stood out. Robael still stood in his position, but Arys and Rhaegon joined him.
"Jaehaerys?" Sansa grabbed her in a hug as well and the two girls smiled through tears. Drako and the men behind him walked closer to Jon and Robb.
"Jon, you remember Drako?" Jon nodded and showed him the camp.
"We are happy to see all of you alive."

Sansa and Jaehaerys sat inside her tent as Sansa brushed through Jaehaerys' long locks. She smiled happily at the thought of her family again.
"Lyanna and Visenya are beautiful. I'm ready to bring them home. Your mother is protecting them." Sansa smiled and nodded.
"They told me my mother's throat was cut to the bone and her body thrown in the river." Sansa explained.
"That's not the case at all. She is alive and well. When we win-" Sansa held her hand up and shook her head.
"If we win," she corrected.
Jaehaerys grabbed Sansa's hand and looked at her in the eyes.
"When we win, she will come home and we will raise these children where they belong. You're going to love them." She promised.
Robb watched as his sister and his wife got along like they'd been together all this time. Jon stood beside him as well and they all gathered together inside the tent.
"It's time." They heard Ser Davos behind them and Jaehaerys stood up quickly. Her long hair was braided behind her and she was dressed in a flow white dress with white trousers underneath.
"Thank you, for this." Jon told Jaehaerys. Robb was dressed in his Stark armor again. Jaehaerys walked over to Robael and climbed on.
"This is my home as well, Jon." She said and flew up. Her hands curled around the spikes lining the blue dragons back.
"Let's go boy." She told him and he roared loudly making the Bolton army widen their eyes.

Robb and Jon stood beside each other on horse back and watched as Jaehaerys sat in the air with a smirk on her face at the sight of Ramsey Bolton's fear.
When Rickon ran towards them, she saw Robb and Jon ride together to grab him, but when Rickon reached them an arrow was shot through his back.
"No!" She screamed. When Jon and Robb rode towards them with anger, she flew Robael over them.
"Dracarys." She said and watched as half of the Bolton army burned while the others viciously fought. Ramsey saw her look at him and she glared. He ran back towards Winterfell and she  followed after him.
Robb was in the midst of the battle but couldn't see his wife.
"Jaehaerys!" He screamed. He was frightened she'd been shot off of the dragon.
"Robb!" Jon yelled looking for his brother. When they found each other, they realized they were backed into a corner. Robb heard the screech of Robael and looked up to see the three dragons flying above them but Jaehaerys was no longer on him.
"Jaehaerys," he whispered, his voice cracking. There'd been so much death scared with her, he really thought this one was it.
"We will get to her." Jon promised and then heard the sound of an army riding in.
Sansa's army had come through for them. Jon and Robb fought their way through the bloody battle and ran towards Winterfell along with Wun Wun and a few Wildlings.
Wun Wun broke down the gate and they saw Jaehaerys with a shield. Robael landed on the side of Winterfell watching closely.
"Jon suggested one on one, but here you and I are. I'm going to have so much fun breaking you." Ramsey smirked and Jaehaerys chuckled.
"We'll see about that, Bolton." Robb and Jon chased Ramsey down until they knocked him down. Jon's fist connected with Ramsey's face, over and over again.
Robb looked over at his wife to see blood oozing from her side covering her white dress.
"Jaehaerys!" He yelled and she smiled.
"I'm fine." She assured him.

The Bolton army banners were thrown down and burned along with the bodies. Stark Banners we're now back on the wall of Winterfell. Robb and Jaehaerys sent word to Catelyn to come home, and Rhaegon was sent to bring them home safely.
The family rejoiced at being back together, but their reunion was short lived, because the dead were coming. It was only a matter of time.
