The City of Seoul // Bang Chan [EDITING]

"Danbi?" His voice was familiar by now after spending the whole day together. Danbi turned towards the idol, away from the equipment she had started to take down. She smiled at him before noticing that he held a black tote bag in one of his hands. The new logo for the soon-to-be-released album was printed across it. The bag was almost overflowing with things.

Confused, she furrowed her brows before noticing her team members also receiving the same bag from the other idols. The only difference was hers being stuffed. 

"A little thank you." Chan handed it over to her. "I- we had a lot of fun today." He was fast to correct himself, luckily the red ears hidden underneath the beanie. Danbi tried not to chuckle as she had picked up on what he had wanted to say. 

"I had a lot of fun today." Danbi took it, the things inside were heavier than she anticipated. "Thanks to you, I felt a lot more comfortable in front of the camera today." She couldn't hide the blush rising on her cheeks. 

It made him smile, watching her take a peek inside the bag and seeing how her eyes widened at what she saw. 

"Felis insisted on putting some of the brownies he baked last night in there for you to try." Chan grinned, "And the other member left some notes and stuff as well." All of them decided to do that on the break after feeling very comfortable and at ease while filming various things.

"Thank you so much.," Danbi could not help herself but pout at the thoughtfulness of the idols. "They didn't need to do that." She looked up from the tote to him.

"Everyone felt incredibly comfortable today," he rubbed the back of his neck. "It is a rarity when you do this job, so we appreciate it." Chan smiled, shrugging his shoulders. "Its the least we could do to thank you."

Danbi knew how true his words were. She had seen it too many times before. 

"Can we help you clean up?" The sunshine and second Australian appeared next to the leader, smiling at the female.

"Bee?" Sohee entered the room after she had left some time ago to collect her kit from the other room where she had set up her stuff previously. Danbi and her other colleagues had taken down their equipment faster than usual thanks to the help of the idols. They hadn't taken no as an answer and offered happily to speed the process up as it was already pretty late. 

"Yes?" The female didn't look up from the back she was packing, carefully placing one of the professional lights inside the designated bag. 

"Look who is here to pick you up." Following the voice of Sohee, Danbi stopped confused only to see her older brother standing in the doorframe with a big smile. It wasn't the first time he had picked her up from work. Usually, it's been from the office and not from one of their filming locations.

"Min," Genuinely surprised by the sudden appearance of her older brother, Danbi walked over and hugged him. "What are you doing here?" She looked up to see him smile. 

"I was nearby and remembered that you told me, you would film here today and so I asked if the team was still here." Minho ruffled her hair while pulling her close to his chest again. Danbi pouted but leaned into the embrace. 

„Will you ever stop doing that?" He only laughed as an answer.

After letting go of him, Danbi turned around and saw eight surprised faces. Her team members knew who her brother was but never thought of treating her differently because of that. They liked her for who she was and the work she had done and did. 

It was important to the older Choi sibling to spend as much time as he possibly could with his sister due to his busy schedule as an Idol and actor. He loved picking her up from work and surprising her with a visit around her breaks whenever he could. 

The eight pair of eyes looked from her to the male behind her and back to Danbi.

"Hello," Minho spoke first, bowing to greet the eight. The eight returned the gesture immediately; left speechless.

"Is this okay for you?" The leader leaned towards the female sitting next to him. She looked away from her brother talking to the others to smile at Chan. His ears turned red when Danbi reached for his arm to reassure him. 

After the initial shock, Minho invited the eight Idols to join the siblings for dinner. The ten sat in a private room of a BBQ place, waiting for their meat and side dishes to arrive. The nine Idols exchanged stories about being in the same industry. Danbi mostly listened and watched the interactions fondly. 

"Why shouldn't it be?" Danbi smiled. 

Before Chan had the chance to answer, their food arrived and he watched her squeal in excitement. It made the men surrounding her chuckle as it was quite adorable with her reasoning that she had missed Korean food while being aboard. Danbi pouted and hid her face with her hand for a moment. 

The Idols felt comfortable around her. Especially Chan and it scared him if he was honest with himself. After just a few hours of working together, they had grown fond of her.
