"Someone is hungry," the Idol chuckled after he entered the elevator behind Danbi. After making sure he only collected his laptop and the belongings he needed, they were on their way down to the underground parking lot.

Her stomach had started to rumble while the pair waited for the elevator. Loudly.

"Be quiet," Danbi shoved him playfully or she tried to. Chan didn't move an inch. She pouted. "It's been a long day and lunch was over 6 hours ago."

Chan held his hands up. "I'm sorry," he couldn't hide his grin, "I'm sorry." He leaned closer, Danbi side-eyed his movements, leaning away, trying not to smile. "To be honest; I'm hungry as well."

She rolled his eyes and pushed him away. No longer able to hide the smile.

Chan winked at her and smiled to himself while turning his attention to the numbers signalling the machine taking them to a lower level.

Her car was invisible between all the other black vehicles. Chan trailed behind her like a lost puppy, typing a quick message to the members to inform them that they would be on their way shortly.

"You can put your bag in the back," the lights of the car turned on while a signal indicated that it was unlocked. She opened the door behind the driver's seat to put her bag down, only taking her phone and keys out.

Before she could take the driver's seat, the male stopped her, "I could drive, so there would be no need for navigation." He proposed his idea with a smile, holding his hand out for the key of the car.

Danbi wouldn't say no to that. It was already late and she could feel the tiredness in her whole body.

"Thanks," She handed him her key before walking around the car to the other side. Chan sat his bag and jacket down as well and closed the door for her. Danbi blushed and watched him round the vehicle to climb into the driver's seat next to her.

"Passenger is on DJ duty," he winked after adjusting the seat and mirrors and pulled out of the parking space.

With her phone automatically connected, Danbi chose a playlist. She let her phone rest on her lap.

"You have amazing taste," Chan turned his head towards her at a red light and smiled.

They had spent most of the drive singing to some classic hits of different genres of music, altering their voices to match the ones of the singers, laughing and doing parts of choreography with their upper bodies.

"And your voice is beautiful." Lucky for her, the darkness hit the spreading blush on her cheeks once again.

Danbi looked out of the window, focusing on the passing car. "Thank you for both."

Chan only looked away to focus on the now-moving traffic after the light turned green. "Have you ever thought of doing it professionally?" He wondered. After working with many artists, he recognized natural talent when it was presented to him.

And her voice was like velvet. A warm hug on a cold day like this.

She was silent for mere moments, thinking how to answer his question. Danbi turned her head to look at him, seeing how he glanced at her with a small smile.

"Not really," Danbi began. "I know I'm not bad but compared to my brother, his band members or you I never had the passion for music itself. Because of it I never pursued it. There is so much more to it than just to able to sing some notes. Writing, composing."

Chan listened to her words, silently agreeing.

"I saw the hardships and everything else that goes hand in hand with it at a very young age," Danbi sighed, furrowing her brows. "It honestly scared me." She remembered clearly how proud she first felt seeing her brother debut after being a trainee and then how fear found a place in her chest.

With the growing love of the fan and the success that came with it, hate and greet swept over the group until it broke one of them, taking him forever from so many lives. Danbi swallowed.

Chan took another glance, seeing the bittersweet emotions written over her face.

"Cameras and filming fascinated me more," Danbi smiled. "Capturing moments forever."

"I filmed everything and everyone once my parents gifted me my very first camera when I was six. I had used their one until the storage was full." She shook her head at her younger self. "It was my daily mission to interview them, always making sure I captured it at the best angle. I bothered them so much." Danbi chuckled with a sad smile.

She couldn't explain why but she looked over to the male next to her, seeing he was already looking at her. "I am glad I did it." It was a whisper but Chan had heard it.

Without saying something, he reached over and took her hand in his, giving it a light squeeze.

"I'm sorry."

She squeezed back, holding on to his larger, warmer hand. Their fingers stayed intervened until they reached the apartment complex.
