"Well, it's obviously bullshit."

All eyes turned to Rose who was sat crosslegged on a chair in the corner of the surveillance room. To be completely honest, she had no idea why Allison and Luther had called her in here, they must have known how she would react. She had been peacefully reading when Allison cornered her and practically begged her to watch the tape she had found.

Rose was a little taken aback at first, sure. She had just watched as her mother handed their 'father' a cup of tea and then she had seen how he gasped and spluttered on his bed before stilling, dead. The strangest part, however, was the fact that Grace had stood and watched as he died, not even trying to help him.

"No." Of course, Rose had expected Luther to disagree but even he didn't really know what to say, "Er...I...What is she doing?" He stammered. "The tea. Did she poison him?"

"No." Rose stopped Allison's confused stuttering immediately, "She wouldn't do that autonomously." She stood up and leaned against the wall, crossing her arms. "Somebody had to have intervened."

"I don't know." Allison trailed off, shaking her head and Rose just sighed. If Allison wouldn't accept the facts, there was no way that Luther would.

"Where did you find this?" He asked Allison.

"I was looking at old footage of us as kids, and I saw the tape just sitting there."

"Yeah, dad must have started using the security system again."

Rose scoffed and rolled her eyes, collapsing in a chair again.

"You got something to say?"

"Yes actually." She sat up in the chair and leaned forward, resting her arms on her legs. "Honestly, I know you spent like five years on the moon but I thought you would still have some common sense."

"Four years- " He was beginning to grow agitated with her remarks.

"Whatever, point is dad mysteriously starts using the security system again, twelve years after we've all left, then dies of a boring heart failure, which is incredibly out of character for him."

"I don't understand - " Allison began but Rose cut her off again.

"Then let me finish. His funeral brings us all back together and we then find a tape conveniently placed next to a VHS, which just so happens to have dad's death recorded on it."
