D - 70

the time struck seven in the morning, Lavender's alarm clock ringing loudly in her ear. with her eyes closed, she tried to smack everything around her to shut it up until her body hit the ground, waking her up.

she opened her eyes and closed the alarm clock, standing up and stretching. rubbing her eyes, she opened her curtains and closet to find her uniform. she was confused though because it wasn't in there.

she looked behind her to see a mirror that showed the girl's reflection in her uniform.

"did i sleep in this?" she looked at her shirt and sat at her vanity. her uniform was so uncomfortable, it was a bit shocking she even thought of sleeping in it. she sighed and pulled out her products to freshen up.

her eyes fell to her nightstand with her keys laying on it. it's strange because she never would even think of leaving her keys in such a place.

"what did i miss?" she mumbled before stepping into the bathroom to freshen up before classes in an hour.

Beomgyu woke up with no confusion at all contrary to Lavender. instead, he had severe back pain from carrying her for half an hour. no matter how badly he wanted to declare today a rest day, he also wanted to go to school to work on the project.

he loved how his part of the project was coming along. though he still had a few months, he was pacing himself and the project really well, silently applauding himself.

he sat up from his floor mattress and tumbled over the boxes lying all over his apartment. he kept telling himself he would clean one day but that day just never arrives. he felt a sharp pain in his leg, making him fall.

his eyes, unsurprisingly, fell to his knee scrapes. he never healed them and realized how major the affects of leaving a wound unhealed was.

sighing, Beomgyu lifted one of the boxes labeled misc and found the first aid kit he had packed. knowing how clumsy he was, the first aid kit was definitely a necessity. he sighed yet again and winced as he wrapped bandages around his knees. they were quite bulky, thankfully his uniform pants were loose enough that it wasn't too obvious.

he trudged over to the kitchen for a glass of water. he felt a headache coming on, but brushed it past before walking to the bathroom to freshen up.

Beomgyu could see the girl waving at him from down the block. it was funny how they walked out at the exact same time. they met midway down the street before walking to the bus stop together.

"did you sleep well?" Beomgyu asked the girl to his right who was seemingly glowing. she was so beautiful, it was hard to take his eyes off of her.

"surprisingly, yes!" she exclaimed.

"oh, don't worry, it wasn't surprising at all." Beomgyu joked.

"hmm?"

"it's nothing." he laughed. "anyways, did you eat or do you want to stop by a café and grab something?"

Lavender held up two fingers and smiled. Beomgyu laughed, signaling the two to walk to a nearby café and eat together before their classes start.

"i want the red bean roll!" Lavender exclaimed. Beomgyu laughed, looking to the girl's breathtaking side view. her eyes crinkling to crescents, he felt as though he was watching the moon glow in its entirety. she was his moon.
