"Detroit, 8:00 A.M"
In the abandoned factory, Sentinel lays back against the wall with his arms folded as he tries to power down despite the loud sounds of car horns blowing, machinery, and people talking loudly coming from outside. Sentinel groans in annoyance and opens his eyes before standing to his feet as he stretched.
Sentinel Prime: *Mumbling* A bot can't even get some proper rest around here with all these meatbags running about!
Suddenly, a groundbridge flashes open as Sentinel looks to his left.
Sentinel Prime: W...who there's?
Sentinel's optics widen in shock as three familiar Autobots walk through the groundbridge and into the factory with luggage at their sides.
Sentinel Prime: W...what you all doing here!?
Ironhide: Prime sent us!
The groundbridge closes shut.
Sentinel Prime: What for?
Ironhide: Our scanners picked up a Decepticon signal eight days ago near your position! Optimus sent us to help you to learn the basics of combat, discipline, and most importantly, leadership! True leadership!
Sentinel Prime: Leadership?
Sideswipe: You always wanted to be the boss, didn't you? Well here's your chance!
Sentinel Prime rubs the back of his head.
Sentinel Prime (😅): Oh...well...
Sideswipe: What're you doing in this dump anyways?
Sentinel Prime: Well it was raining one night and I needed a place to stay, so I drove around a bit...
Sideswipe: You have a vehicle form now!?
Sentinel Prime: Yeah! Anyways...
Sideswipe: What did you scan!?
Sentinel Prime: A truck.
Sideswipe: What kind of truck?
Sentinel Prime: I don't know! A truck! Now as I was saying, I drove around this city a bit and came across this abandoned factory...
Sideswipe: How do you know this is a factory? What's if it's a hospital? Or a military base? Or a schoolhouse? Or a restaurant?
Sentinel Prime: I just do! Now like I was saying before, I came across this abandoned factory and waited the storm out for the night!
Sideswipe: Why this place though?
Sentinel Prime: Because there's nowhere else to go, genius!
Sideswipe: Yes it is! You just...
Ironhide: Would you shut up already?
Chromia sighs.
Chromia: We're wasting our time here.
Chromia taps her earpiece.
Chromia: Ratchet! Reopen the ground...
Ironhide: Chromia wait!
Chromia looks at Ironhide as he walks up to her.
Ironhide: What do you think you're doing?
Chromia: Getting out of here!
Ironhide: Optimus told you, me, and Sideswipe that it's up to us teach Sentinel the ways of an Autobot! Whatever you have against him, put it to the side! We need to look past ourselves and do what's right!
