Chapter Thirty Five

Celina looked at herself in the mirror again and again still surprised that she saw herself in such a way.

"I don't feel any different." She said with honesty as she stared at the clothes she wore now. Hellen and hidden away Celina's gown so no one could steal it and given her cloths that those of the common, higher up but still common, class wore, there were no sleeves to the dress leaving her arms bare which made her feel uncertain about it. She was used to having her arms mostly covered so she wasn't sure what to make of it. Much of the dress felt flowy, and not constricting like many other clothes she wore. It kind of reminded her of some of the dresses that Sader had given her. The dress which was laced up in the back with a dark brown leather corset that seemed to reveal more of her figure then what she was used too.

The necklace that Tharen gave her was now visible to see.

She paused when looking in the mirror and saw her reflection. Celina almost did a double take when she saw herself. Compared to how she dressed before and even though she said she didn't feel any different she wasn't sure what to make of it.

"You don't sound too sure about that." Hellen said as she stood behind the Princess. "But you do look lovely, so don't think too much of it."

I wonder if my Brother is doing on his end with it. She thought, but then another thought came to mind. "Hellen, what's my Brother planning to do exactly?"

"Planning?" she repeated. "Princess, it's not anything nefarious, I can assure you if that's what you think."

"I don't but I'm wondering why he wants us to dress this way. I can't really grasp a reason for it. I know my Brother can be very spur of the moment but this is a far reach even for him." she looked at the woman. "Can you not tell me?"

Hellen let out a slight breath. "Princess if I could I would, but your Brother strictly asked me to not tell you. But you have nothing to fear I promise you."

Celina's hand went up to rest against the necklace, since the Fall Hunt, she had grown a slight habit to look at the stone to make sure that it wasn't glowing. If it did she'd know something was wrong, at least if there was any danger towards her specifically.

"I suppose so..." Celina said softly.

A knock at the door drew the Princess's attention as Hellen went to answer it and spoke softly in which Celina merely watched from where she stood.

"Princess, your brother is waiting downstairs for you; you can leave now if you wish." Hellen said when the other women left.

"You won't be coming with?"
